The food portions was very small and it was expensive. Not worth the money but the live entertainment was great. Good atmosphere

It is a really expensive place to eat, I am not into the bar scene either so it was not what I was looking for. I would not come back because of this. Just not what I was expecting. Maybe if I was rich and young I would appreciate it more

I rarely post a negative review, but I want vacationers to choose another restaurant so they don’t waste their time and money. Mediocre food at best, rudest server I’ve ever encountered, excessively loud live music. Small portions for the price. All six of us agreed that we made a wrong decision!

Very cool place to hang out, chicken tacos were great, mahi mahi bowl was alright- fish great the rest of it ok. Gumbo- nothing special. BLT teenager review- awesome! Apps were good. Live music was fun! Waitress ok, took forever to come back and check on us- brought Apps out before bringing us water.

It was a great experience and the food was delicious. The reason I gave it four stars is I got a kids meal and I was up charged for the fruit and the apple juice when it said that fruit and kids drink was included.

Food was average. Menu extremely limited. I don't eat carbs and they have a strict no substitute policy. Shrimp salad was ok at best.

Patty Z was a great waitress and I appreciated her care and kindness when told about two gluten sensitivities. The food was mediocre at best. Atmosphere was alright and the live music was good.

After over an hour wait after ordering, the orders were wrong and food was room temperature and old. The manager apologized and did not charge us for the meals. Only drinks and appetizers. We were so hungry otherwise we would have not waited and just left. Highly disappointed and will not go to any location in the future

We decided to give Lulu's a try. The food was good. My wife had the chicken sandwich and had the Key West Bowl. It came with a few sauces but I found the food flavorful enough to enjoy everything without using any of it. I got the Grouper version. They were just switching over systems so they had some trouble processing the gift card. Prices weren't bad and our server was friendly.

Our server, Jordan was a hot mess. He fudged our order so many times and blamed the kitchen, other tables, the food expo’s, the manager even. He at one point picked up my parent’s plate and pulled apart their quesadilla with his bare fingers to see if they got chicken in it. He then asked if we wanted a box to go for it after excitedly declaring it was both chicken and beef… 🤢
The health department will be busy with him and this location no doubt. The things we witnessed and heard were appalling. Although they comped the food after sitting there for four hours patiently waiting for our fingering ill equipped, excuses galore server to get our order for four correct. The little food we all shared that had actually made it to the table, made us all very ill. I would highly suggest avoiding this place all together and especially this server if you do decide to chance it.
