Went on my lunch break, ordered online for pickup. I got there and headed back to work and it was wrong. I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Staff was rude but did it. I get back in the car to check before I leave and it’s burnt as all get out. Very disappointed.

When I placed my order the woman at the cash register called me Mam several times. I'm a white guy that seemed to upset her. I collected myself after being called Mam and started to order. I couldn't find the info on the soups and asked her where it was on the board. She shoved a wrinkled up menu without a word. I said OK I'll have the broccoli and cheddar soup and since they don't have a bread bowl anymore what kind of breads did she have. She reluctantly and quickly went thru the types of breads. I asked her what the first bread was because she mumbled it. She ignored me and waited on someone else. I told my wife and daughter let's go somewhere else. We did!!! I thought the owners needed to know about this. One bad employee can run off a lot of business in a days time. This particular McAlister's didn't have much business and it was lunch time. Here's wishing you turn your business around because I like McAlister's Deli!
The lady in this picture is loud as anything worried about some damn brownies in a cup and can’t get the lid on when she’s got customer standing there trying to order food I just got up and left I didn’t even order anything to eat didn’t even have a chance to because she would not shut upand not care about her customer she was so concerned about brownies I will never come back here ever again

Overall a great place and normally 5 stars. This time the food and most everything was still great.
I did get the impression that the people working that day were new and barely trained. It seemed that everything was a struggle for them. It ended up okay, but just took longer and I felt bad for them. I very much hope that everything is easier for them now.

the potato soup, and half club with extra honey mustard and a large sweet tea is always my go to but this order tonight deserves its own review! I order an original spud with a side of ranch absolutely divine! the spud was large but i did notice it kinda look a little thin on the inside but overall amazing! they also have many options to chose from for the spuds! also the kids meal are the perfect size for even an adult!

3rd time coming here and giving this location a chance. sandwich was made sloppy like always. the conway location is also really bad, gave them 2 chances too.
both halves of my sandwich didnt have ingredients all over. ate some tasty plain bread mmmm.
go to the location off 22 and 17. they dont miss there. quality and consistency literally every time.

Cashier was not welcoming or friendly. Ruben was ok. Chili tasted like it was start out of the can, couldn't stomach it.

One of the best locations I've been too. Staff was kind and courteous and even came to check on us at our table. I had the blt, it was tasty and filled with bacon. My daughter had the Reuben, piled high with meat, and loved it.

Thank you Chloe! I always have good service here and tonight was no different. Chloe went above and beyond to help me with my rewards points and member discounts since I couldn't login to the app or website. She is a great example of customer service.

Quick drop in for dinner, we thought they were short staffed, but the server, Kerrigan said she was it. She did an awesome job. Taking orders, delivering food to tables, clearing tables and making sure condiments stocked and following up with customers to see if everything was ok or if they needed anything. You don't see many young people with such a great work ethic. 10 stars for Kerrigan!!!

Absolutely the worst management I’ve ever seen. I tried to place an online order and the restaurant had online ordering turned off. So I called, they put me on hold and never came back, so I walked into an EMPTY restaurant and the manager is leaning on the counter looking at her phone, I told her I needed to place a Togo order and she just kept scrolling on her phone and talking about a wedding to her coworker. Finally a sweet young girl took my order then I asked if I could use my rewards and the manager rudely replied that she doesn’t have an answer for me while she just continues to scroll on her phone and complain about the WiFi. How is this woman a manager? Restaurant was also very dirty.
