In the restaurant at about 720pm and no one acknowledges the customer. The only one who actually acted like I wasn't invisible was my man dread head with the tall black headwrap on, from the kitchen while he was refilling the shake machine... so better McDonald's!! 👎

Terrible service. Plenty of staff, not busy, but >25 minutes for 2 Happy Meals. One staff member cursing out a customer. Will never stop here again.

Frequent visitor in the mornings, my coffee is always made fast and perfectly. Had a small issue and the manager Darryl reached out to rectify it immediately. Handled it with so much professionalism. I will continue to frequent this location. Superb service.

If I could give no stores I would. We went through the drive through on 04/08/2025. First they handed a bag with my husbands and my food. There was only bbq sauce in that bag and not the nethers sauce like I asked for also. We had to ask for my kids happy meals and than I asked for the nethers sauce. The manager said it was at the bottom of the bag which it wasn’t. When did McDonald’s change their policy about sauce at the bottom of the bag and when are managers and employees supposed to be rude to customers. When do managers ask for a bag of food back to check to see if the sauce is in it. That is against health code violations and nasty.

My favorite McDonald's location! I've been to many and theirs is always the best. Fast service, friendly staff, they are so nice, and the food is great. It's always hot. There may have been a time or two if something was forgotten, but they always fix it with no problems. Wish I could give ten stars.
A very nice store in North Myrtle Beach, it was well laid out and the people were very friendly. The food was excellent.

They messed up our orders 3x because they were playing around in the back. Again, the shake machine was not working which I'm sure because they didn't want to have to clean it. I told them they needed to do better. Worst experience ever!
