The bread was dry and one of the workers was on speaker phone beside us, yelling back and forth to staff at the desk, and then played TikTok’s at top volume. I was just trying to eat with my kids in the back of the restaurant 😂

I hate coming here because it's so different from other mcdonalds. No kids meal boxes for the kids just a bag. Stuff on the shareable menu are not available. Horrible establishment that is needing better management.

I don't know how they watch orders but this is not medium hot latte I opened it in front of them and repeated my question- are u sure this is latte? She replied- yes, I just made it, but no,guys that's regular coffee with cream and I don't drink that. My morning is ruined!!!!

So so so over over priced now a cheese burger don't even cover the bun and nothing on it no veggies but a pickle 2.29 i can go to Wendy's and get a junior blocks with cheese is the same as the Dave burger just a JR and it's 2.19 cone on now

The worst service ever. I'm only writing this as this is my second time not being satisfied with this location. I ordered food on the app to save time during my very short lunch break only to have to go inside to pick up my food I ordered after waiting forever on curbside. Never stoping at this location AGAIN!

The employee's I dealt with could care less about doing a good job. One morning I went through the drive thru and ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. The lady taking my order and repeated my order: 1 sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin. I said no, I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. She harshly said "well you ordered and mcmuffin. I told her I did not but I do want a sausage and egg biscuit. When I got home I had a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. I hate cheese on my biscuit... fail. Weeks later I had an app order of a chicken nugget meal super sized. When I got the order I took it home only to find that they forgot the fries...on an app oder...unbelievable. Later I went there with another app order. While I was picking it up I told the cashier about them missing my fries on an earlier order, she told I would have to tell them at the next window. At the next window I picked up my order and told them about the missing fries, her reply was that I should have called... no making the order right over some fries. Put a gun to my head and I still will never go to that poorly run place again. I guess it's our new society of I don't care about my job. I feel certain these people will fail in life because they could care less.
A lg. strawberry banana smoothie came out half full and 1 lg. Diet Coke was a Dr. pepper and the other lg Diet Coke came as a Coke. This was around 9 am and it was the manager that did it and said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Extremely rude and disrespectful. My mother goes all the time to get a Diet Coke and they consistently give her Dr. pepper or Coke. She got a smoothie and they filled it half way and wouldn’t give her another. She asked to speak to the manager, and get this, she already was?! She asked for a refund and the manager got extremely rude with her and made her give it back. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’d like a surprise meal since they won’t be getting your order right as well as bad service.
