I don’t know what’s going on with this McDonalds. usually it has the best hot fries in town. This trip I have two complaints one the fries are warm and a little soggy and two how come I don’t get any sauce with my chicken nuggets? I asked for sweet-and-sour sauce and I just don’t know why they can’t put it in the bag at the drive-through. This is getting old you guys you need to step it up or I’m going to the McDonald’s in the Grand Dunes.

Got cheated out of food...of course I should have double-checked my order, but with the baby crying in the back seat and then the.nice young man with the blue bling in his teeth smiled and said thank you so I thought all was well...got to the hotel and my granddaughter didn't get her cheeseburger and I didn't get my fries I paid for...always double check the bags

Incompetent. No other way to put it. I don’t use that term lightly. My 1 year old son woke up early and I decided to take him to get some oatmeal. I sat him down in the high chair and strapped him in. Despite getting a table number, the worker didn’t bring the food out to the table. Had to walk up myself to get the food (mind you no one else was in the store). I had to unstrap my son, carry him to the counter, and get my tray all because the worker wanted to stand there on her phone.
I also ordered a coffee with 4 spenda. Same worker “forgot” the Splenda. Had to walk up again to get it fixed.
By this time, other customers were coming in upset about their orders being incorrect. The few customers that were there all seemed to have issues.
Perhaps you need to put an adult to oversee these kids working behind the counter. They don’t seem to care. Don’t acknowledged you. Sloppy, sloppy service. Unacceptable. Someone needs to say it.
I went to buy a coffee and the person didn't want to give me sugar or cream that was bad service.

The food was horrible and the fries was full of grease. All the food was greasy to be honest and customer service was poor. I’m from out of town and the McDonald’s where I live would never serve food like this
