Out of all my travels- every restaurant I have eaten in- I never in my life seen a cockroach just walk across the floor. But at Mello Mushroom, in N Myrtle - this was what we were treated too! The manager said she would contact pest control…. I wouldn’t hold my breath, nor will we ever go to a Mello Mushroom again. I would’ve at least given a discount. “A sorry there’s roaches up in here” instead she said at “least it’s not the big one (palmetto)” NO LADY these are much worse!

My server Jocelyn was amazing. From being sat by Alysa to served by Jocelyn my experience was 10/10. Someone who seemed close with my sever, Keira, brought me parmesan which was the tastiest cheese I’ve ever had. Great group of girls. Food was so good I got one togo.

I would rather have a root canal before sitting through this horrible service again. Bartender was on break it took 16 minutes to get a drink. Server didn't know the menu argued with me about what size I wanted my gf pizza. For everyone that doesn't know it comes in one size. Appetizer was cold and came out same time as the pizza.pizza wasn't even cut all the way through. Longest hour and a half of my life. Maybe I'll do pick up for now on. God help this place tourist must be the only thing that keeps them alive

No service at all after we were seated. Over 10 minutes went by and no one came to ask if we wanted a drink. The waiter buzzed by twice and ignored us. They weren’t even very busy! We were hungry so we left and went to another restaurant.

Mellow mushroom is a laid back pizza joint that has good, fresh pizza. Their salads are also good and they have a decent happy hour. Although the wings and pizza rolls are not included in the HH
