Great ice cream

We stopped in for a quick treat before heading home. They did have a nice selection of flavors, and the banana split was decent, but the experience overall was disappointing. The counter was fully staffed, yet the employees were just standing around and didn’t seem very engaged. We asked to sample a couple flavors so our daughter could decide, and while we did, their attitude wasn’t very pleasant. The store wasn’t crowded at all, but unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

This was the absolute worse experience with customer service I have ever had. First off, some of the workers couldn’t understand basic english (if you can’t understand it you shouldn’t work there). Second, I wanted a banana split and they refused to do it. Third, I asked for a waffle cone, she then gives me a cup and gets mad whenever I told her I asked for the cone. Also tried charging me $18 for 2 scoops. This was the worse experience i’ve ever had at a restaurant that’s supposed to be a family environment. I will NEVER be back. I’m not one to rate bad reviews on places but this was pure awful!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. PS. The ice cream wasn’t even worth $10.00

It was an okay place to get I team but not the best. They do have a lot of choices to choose from but I rather have good service over that. Seemed as if we were bothering them by wanting to sample a couple of ice creams before choosing our three year old daughter’s ice cream. As it took a minute, it seemed to bother them more, let me point out there was no one in line behind us. Once we finally picked hers, it seemed as if they had an attitude. Don’t think we will be going back. If you happen to be in Conway Stella’s Homemade Ice cream is the place to go. Murrrells Inlet as well.

The variety of ice cream and shakes and all the other specialty items was amazing! Nice clean place to sit and enjoy our treats. Friendly staff! We will be back for sure!

Mermaid's Dream is a cute little ice cream shop. It is best for couples and not so much a family because of the prices. The ice cream is delicious.

This place is amazing. The staff is always so kind and friendly. Laurie is a Rockstar! This will be an annual stop for years to come!

Wrong time for closing or closed early

Great place to come for some ice cream, they have many flavors, also many types of cones. They also offer different sundaes. They have indoor and outdoor seating available.
