I've been here several times and have always had a great meal. Today I ordered something different - a Smokehouse Cheeseburger. The cheeseburger came with a nice, charred crust, and it was well done - just like I expected. However, it wasn't dried out, like usually well done comes out. I think I'll stick to the pulled pork sandwich. As usual the service was outstanding.
Walked in and Gus (staff member) made sure that we knew what we were doing. It was our first time here and it was awesome. Great food, great service, reasonable pricing. Really appreciate this experience. At noon everyone stops what they are doing and the playing of our national anthem is played. Looked online for reviews and ratings before going and this was scored high without the bad ones of the other places around. It definitely deserves a good rating and that is why I am giving it a super rating.

My friend who now lives in Virginia and I went to Mission BBQ in North Myrtle Beach on Veterans Day. He's an Army Veteran of both Gulf Wars. We are both a rarity in Myrtle Beach we actually grew up here. The food was great as was the service. Even though it was cafeteria style at least twice the staff stopped by to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food we got which was quite sufficient to fill me up and leave me satisfied. He had recommended Mission BBQ because they have one up in Virginia near him where him and his wife go to when they want barbecue and it did not disappoint. In summation I would highly recommend Mission BBQ.
