First Time Customer. Was ordering online from Mellow Mushroom and they were closing at 8:00 PM so could not fulfill my order. I tried MOD Pizza. GLAD I DID! They offer unlimited toppings on "build your own" pizzas and same idea on salads. They have EVERYONE covered because even vegans/vegetarians like me can get a perfect pizza and vegan salad types (wife) can get a perfect salad. They offer all your regular toppings/ingredients that work for "regular folks" (who are 99% of people so no illusions here) AND they have vegetarians/vegans totally covered. Going back tonight to eat in-person with the in-laws. Excellent Value ... paid about half of what I am used to paying at Mellow Mushroom. Please keep up the good work MOD Pizza (literally ... check out "their story" on their website where they explain their origins and how they truly help their communities). Thank You Kindly! If yall don’t like your job just quit, it’s your duty to be kind to customers and also communicate with your staff. The pizza is usually good but with the staff not caring about anything but themselves it was disgusting to say the least. Kid in the front taking orders needs to COMMUNICATE to the others of what the order is and if it’s here or to go. Not that hard right. We pay our hard earned money for a decent experience and meal, neither one of those was met.

I might as well just ordered the pizza with NO toppings. The pizza was as hard as the box it came in. All the toppings in my salad was chopped. I didn’t order a chopped salad, I ordered a regular salad. Poor experience all around.
