Save your money and your time. We had high hopes when we came here, but it was a major disappointment. Although the presentation of the meals was okay, the food quality was not there. Both the corned beef and the roast beef were tough and chewy, the vegetables they serve are not fresh, they are frozen bagged veggies and the mushrooms are from a can. It was not crowded at all (as you can see from the pictures), but it took 40 minutes to get our meal.

I don't know they never answered the phone at ,6pm

We sat and waited at a table for menus for about 10 minutes and no one ever came over to us. There were two other tables that seemed like they were trying to find a server the whole time we were there as well. They weren’t very busy but did look short staffed, it appeared one of the two waitresses we did see was also bartending. We weren’t upset (both my husband and I are previous servers so we know how things can get) but unfortunately we will not be back here. Was definitely a dive bar feel, just not for us and that’s okay.

Food is good. We come here about once a week. Everyone is super friendly. The portions are huge. You'll be taking home leftovers!

Best onion rings. We had the meatball sub, chicken parm sub with homemade fries and chips. We will definitely be back.

Just move to north Myrtle two weeks ago. Looking for a local bar to go to. My search turned up nick’s ny bar and grill. Being from Jersey is drew my attention to possible feeling at home. I have been here multiple times and am impressed every time I come in. Nick the owner is great and friendly, good portion are huge and worth more than the price. The staff is friendly, efficient and make you feel at home. From day bartender April, night bartender Sammy and bartender /server Destiny will never let you down on service.
