Nothing Bundt Cakes

Boynton Beach, FL first of all for there to be no way to contact customer service says a whole lot about your business. I left the store in tears today. I misunderstood a coupon and was refused a partial refund due to there being no manager on site. you have two angsty teens running your place that have NO IDEA what they are doing. Caleb and Crystal who refused to tell me her name were incompetent, rude, and incapable. i called back for the managers name and Crystal wouldn’t give me the information. I have never been treated this way in my life. I used to come here for every celebration and birthday. I will NEVER return due to the fact that there was no attempt to remedy my experience whatsoever

these little cakes are addicting! my family drives 4 hours to pick a few dozen up. worth every dollar.

The Bundt cakes are amazing, but I would rather drive to a different location to spend my money where the staff is more friendly.
My friend and I were there to buy individual Bundt cakes. My friend made her purchase and I was next in line and wanted to use my free individual Bundt cake coupon from buying 16 individual Bundt cakes when I was there a couple weeks ago and the lady was super rude and had no interest in helping me. I had waited in line and she was only going to help the people behind me. She said I will get what the next person in line wants and I told her which cake I wanted, she then proceeded to tell me that she wasn’t helping me, but was helping the people behind me and that the Bundt cake was for them and I told her I was the one next in line and I was the one that answered which cake I wanted.

My daughter cannot eat gluten. Due to celiac disease. They have a great gluten free cake but will not sell it without icing. My daughter prefers no icing. I ordered my cake and waited 25 minutes for them to ice it. Which made me madder. I did not want icing in the first place. Seems strange to me that they will not sell with no icing and then it took 25 minutes to placing icing on cake. There were 4 employees there and 2 customers at the time.

Disrespectful, very argumentative. What happens at the store they will argue that it didn't happen, tried to call them about a problem that arose, only to get told what I literally experienced in store is not how they operate. No name given. But people around me heard her attitude 30 feet from the phone that was to my ear.

Geez’s, the smell of nothing but tasteful cakes. The atmosphere was a beautiful set up in side that it wanted to make you order one of everything. Service was great and the cakes had to be the most moist cakes I have ever put in my mouth. Since my first trip there I have been back for my second visit already and I do plan on going back.

I enjoyed all three of my Bundt cakes- white chocolate raspberry, red velvet and strawberry and cream. They were so delicious and moist. The employee, I think was Chavan, not sure if I spelled her name correctly, but she was very helpful and kind!

Purchase the "club bag" and enjoy buy three get one free! Special pineapple upside down cake is amazing! Our go to choices of lemon raspberry and carrot cake are always delicious too.

My family and I have loved getting Nothing Bundt Cakes for years but I don't think we will be back to the North Myrtle Beach location. The owner has been extremely unfriendly on multiple occasions and makes the entire experience uncomfortable.

Have been here four times. Tonight was the last time I will go. The owner has been beyond rude, without any provocation, three of the four times we have been there. Witnessed her being hateful to others as well. I will drive in the opposite direction to the NBC in Leland.
