Waitress didn't understand the order. Brought my food out 30 minutes after everyone else at the table. There was maybe 17 people in the restaurant. Manager blamed me for putting my order in late and then said it's easy for me to complain because I'm sitting down and she's standing up. I stand up all week at my job so I can afford this trash food and trash service. Father in law also had mold on his bread that came with his Italian sub. I'd die of starvation before I stepped foot it this establishment again.

Worst pizza ever!!! Was delivered cold, hardly any cheese, wrong toppings and huge chunks of garlic in the sauce overpowered any other seasonings that MIGHT be there. Tried to call them and no answer. Don’t order from here.

We had all delivered! The food was great, the guy that delivered everything was super nice. We had company, they failed to deliver 1 of the extra large meat lovers pizza but, it was a pretty large order! It was a little difficult to get my refund! They were very nice about it, just didn’t do it! Haha! I think it took a couple weeks!

Not sure why this gem is 2 1/2 stars but in my personal experience this place is PHENOMENAL, from the decor, to the service, to the toast or the pizza! We go to NY a LOT n it truly brought us back to NY! The thinness of the pizza to the right amount of sauce n topping! The service today was SUPER! Even tho it may be thxgiving I'm grateful for this spot! 5 STARS!

We're pizza lovers and have walked past this place 100 times. Oh that we could say 101.Hard to tell the crust from the boxes they use.. Sauce poor to the point of "what was that?"Those were the highlights.Serious indigestion and gas were the desert.
Ordered 2 supreme pizzas, received cheese. Ordered italian dressing with the salads, recieved ranch. Tried calling back. No answer. Maybe a single issue but was dissapointed in any case. Salads and wings were good, though.

We go here regularly. It's one of those places that's nostalgic given our history at MB. Each time, I ask myself, why? Their ingredients are the cheapest money can buy. Their meats are unrecognizable in both flavor and visual appeal. Their cheese, which is spartan at best, lacks any physical property of cheese. The crust, is merely that by definition. A large pizza is about $25 and thin as a credit card. At some point, I have to close this chapter of memories and stop doing this to myself. The staff is miserable, the pizza is mediocre and often I'm left wondering if I'm going to end up with food poisoning.

Customer service was average. The place is clean. Decorated like a typical pizza joint. The pizza - NO! Came in for a slice of pepperoni. Requested they make it crispy. It was the soggiest pizza I've ever eaten. I had to fold it in half just so I could pick it up. It was pretty greasy too. Dripped lots of grease. The flavor was decent, but I would not recommend going here if you want good pizza.
