First time and won't be my last. The young lady who served us was so nice, professional and friendly. The selection of flavors was great.

What a find! Lots of flavours, offers samples and a decently priced kiddie scoop.
The young lady working the counter was super friendly and patient with the kids picking flavours.
The music was just too loud for me, so we sat outside with lots of shade available.

The girls working, Caroline and Maggie, were soo soo kind and accommodating. Very helpful and willing to take the time to help and advise. (We have 6 indecisive children fiending for ice cream) the store was clean and easy to navigate for our wheelchair bound kiddo & a nice place to cool down and enjoy the ice cream!

Way too many people for two employees to handle. The owner needs to get an additional employee or two during peak season. We felt so bad for the girls who were sweating their butts off working hard!! Otherwise lots of can’t options and decent options for ice cream

We stopped her for ice cream on our way back to the room. The was was very brightly colored but more importantly had many choices of ice cream and other desserts like candy. Seeing all of the choices the wife and I ordered vanilla and chocolate in waffle cones and then sat outside at one of the tables to eat it.The young lady working at the time was very polite and offered my wife a taste of some ice cream or other. She had us take. Care if in no time.At this time the soft serve was not available but we wanted a scoop so it did not affect us. The corner is a nice place to sit and watch the world walk by.

Dietary restrictions: The place isn’t so good for a diabetic though there were two flavors of reduced sugar ice cream.

The girl that was working tonight seemed like she would rather be anywhere else but there. We hadn't even looked at the icecream flavors and she was upset that we weren't ready to order. She was so eager for us to leave. The melt has better icecream and service. Don't recommend this place. The soft serve was grainy and disgusting too. My husband didn't like it.

The soft ice cream is grainy. It isn't that good at all. I definitely had much better ice cream

The service was fine, ice cream was what you would expect. They were out of most of the toppings my kids wanted (M&Ms so not exotic), and the seating area needed cleaning badly
