Have always loved your good ice cream... It's the real thing

Worst cookie dough ice cream I have ever had. There wasn’t a bit of cookie dough in it. It was essentially a vanilla ice cream cone.

Terrible experience first to start off with asked to sample one of the flavor he replied with no samples and apon waiting for our ice cream I spotted a sample spoon on counter as seen in picture I took. Second he didn't wash hands or us gloves of any sort while making our ice cream and the ice cream didn't taste good. Do not recommend nor will I go back to this place. Be aware. Threw all of the ice cream awhile waste of money.

I went to purchase ice-cream., they would not allow me to buy 3 scoops. They told me I could buy only two scoops. The owner Mike was cold...seemed racist. Seemed like I was in the twilight zone.

Closed 8:56pm. Google says open till 11pm or 10pm depending where you look. Your workers turned around 4 full car loads of people.

Ordered an ice cream cone. Asked for it to be sat in a bowl and they looked at me as if I was speaking alien language. I said you know just make me a vanilla cone then sit it in a bowl and give me a spoon. Nope wouldn’t do it. Ok then could I just have my money back? Nope too late. Ok keep it. I guess? lol what a joke. I’d be embarrassed to know one of my employees treated a customer this way. Spent 13 dollars and didn’t even get a single thing.

We stopped here for the first, and last time, earlier this week. We ordered two 1 scoop ice creams in a cup, and a small milkshake. We were charged $18+. There are NO prices anywhere. For a place claiming to have the best ice cream in the US, theirs was ok, but nothing to brag about. The person taking the orders was really curt and short, and made it seem like he was more interested in getting the money than giving even a smile and "hello". Overall, we're not going back. This was way too expensive for what we got, and the service basically was not welcoming. First impressions count, and this time they fell way short.

Good, old school ice cream joint. Nice to sit outside. Some of our folks said the ice cream was Hershey and not good. I disagreed. The Rocky Road rocks.

Very good ice cream. The owner seemed to really care. I heard him explaining to a customer that the strawberries used are real, not artificial.
