Outback Steakhouse

This was my first time at Outback, and I really enjoyed it. The service was absolutely amazing.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and unfortunately, he ordered what he thought was cooked fish. It was raw... he could not eat it.

Our waiter was great. It was removed from our bill, and the manager came over to apologize. Mind you, it was my husband's fault for ordering that.

Our appetizers came out really fast, and we did not have to request refills. Our waiter was on it even though they were extremely busy.

They also gave my husband ice cream to celebrate him.

Overall, it was a great experience. I wish my steak was cooked a little more, but I still ate it, lol.

I can't praise the service enough. Great job, Outback

Had nice entrees and split a dessert. Prime rib, sirloin, grilled shrimp, rice, sweet potato, and salads. Food was excellent. Service was excellent.

To dark, four of us were placed in a tiny booth in a corner .It's a feeling of being inside a old restaurant. Food was ok. Our waiter was very attentive and congenial. I just like light and airy clean feeling restaurants. I was looking for a ham dinner since it was Easter and they didn't have one. Oh well. It's ok but not for me.

My wife and I came in today to celebrate our anniversary. Everyone went above and beyond. Our server Ilene was amazing and very attentive. Thank you for making us feel special on our day.

Everything about this location was great. Lots of personality. Good food and service. Kudos

Second time here. Both times food and service beyond expectations. Inside of restaurant is tired but it’s good.

We regularly dine at the Outback location closest to our home in Little River/Cherry Grove SC. When taking out the diners reward card, my husband left his wallet on the table. We were leaving for vacation the following day and his wallet was full of cash. We left the restaurant and hours later discovered his wallet missing. We checked the car and entire house. In a panic, I called the restaurant and gave the manager as much information as I could, regarding our seating location, server, etc. He checked and returned to inform me my husbands wallet was turned in by the person who busses the table. Everything was in his wallet totally intact. I just wanted to reach out and thank this wonderful associate for having the honesty and integrity to do the right thing. You have wonderful employees, service and food, and that is why we are devoted customers. Thank you!

Good was delicious this time. Sat at booth in bar area…service was right on time!

Went to have dinner. Made a reservation online. Has no idea we were obligated to call until the rude, nasty hostess informed us. Didn’t even bother to get our response on if we wanted to wait or not before she started talking to other staff. We just left. What is the point of reserving online if you have to call to reserve? Regardless, hostess made it to where we won’t ever be back. Get a different job if you can’t be polite to your customers.

Great Food and Service

This is the best Outback, that I've been to.

First let me state it was a busy day for the restaurant. My steak was overcooked. The waitress asked if I'd like it replaced but my wife and I had already been waiting for a seat and our food for over 50 minutes or so. (No exaggeration) The portion sizes have decreased although we had the menu special for 2. We had a 2 seater booth and felt extremely cramped as that both was right at the corner and everyone kept passing by where we were seated. The best things we had on this particular day was the baked sweet potatoes as it was the biggest portion on our plates. My wife only eats chicken and as stated before my portion of steak was overcooked and petite. We felt as if it was $65 down the drain. Our waitress was superb.

Server was Fabulous I think his name was Jermaine!! Food was delicious!!
