Absolutely beautiful. I use to be a Yankee. But now I'm a proud Southern Man.
Our waitress Cocoa was so friendly and attentive. Large menu selection, very good food and reasonable prices. If we're ever back in town we will definitely return here for breakfast.

Over priced, terrible food, worse service
Food was horrible, slow service and it wasn't even busy.....
The food was very underwhelming and over priced compared to other pancake houses. I didn't even eat my eggs.
Literally walked in and the place smelled like pee so we had to leave. Went down to a much cleaner place - Southern Sunrise Pancake House:
