Been occasionally going here for nearly a year & seemed to get treated like complete CRAP by two of the employees EVERYTIME! Tonight I have had enough, the dark haired, big girl working the counter, whom is ALWAYS 1 of the 2 RUDE one's was just completely unacceptable! She must be racist because I am white & my boyfriend is black because she is never as horrible to anyone else who walks in after us. Never asked if it was for there or to go & when she starts automatically putting my food on a plate & I ask to get it in a to-go box, I get attitude! Then I wanted the mushroom chicken & there wasn't but a tiny bit in the pan. Asked if there was anymore coming, she said it would be 5 to 7 minutes. Ok.... So I told her I planned on waiting, so she rudely says " Oh that's ALL U want?!" Umm no, just wanted ALL MY FOOD to be put together at the same time, I thought... I tell her I wanted the "Plate" with the Chow Mein & the string bean chicken as well. So she said she would bring the mushroom chicken when ready. Oh ok then.... Get to the register & she doesn't ask if we want any sauce like she asks everyone else & we get no fortune cookies like we should. Oh & obviously I am planning on taking mine with me in my TO-GO BOX because I can't eat all this food in one sitting, so i need a bag & but of course I get MORE ATTITUDE for asking for a bag & sauces, which is for BOTH of us & she gives me 2 soy sauces & 1 teriyaki. Then instead of putting my box in it she just sits the bag on a tray next to my food... Then after a few minutes she brings my mushroom chicken out to the table, by sitting it down & saying "here ya go" like I am such a bother?! Then the chicken just didn't taste right, it was all gummy like it was just fat or something. Had all my zucchini & about 4 tiny mushrooms cut in tiny pieces. I have never had it look or taste that bad. I feel she did it deliberately to me. We just don't get why she acts like this everytime we go?? It seems we ALWAYS get stuck with her for some reason & her alone will make us not go there at all anymore. Not a SINGLE employee, and they're were about 5 or so working tonight, were speaking to each other. It seemed like a lot of tension & a very uncomfortable work environment. Guess so working with that bi***!!

We really enjoy the Orange Chicken But the last few times the Orange Chicken has tasted a little different each time, for. An example, It can be Spicy with some kick, & will be soft and fresh like. Then it will have the perfect flavor/ Spice but be Hard to chew and Crunchy . Wondering If You can Order A Fresh Batch Everytime, Definitely a Fast Food type of Business, Best to go when there busy so the food is being cooked as needed and refreshed,

This is only my 2nd time here. My husband is diabetic and can not have rice, so I ordered a bowl with no rice, and the lady told me I would still be charged full price. The food portion is not enough for the price you pay for 10% meat and veggies and 90% rice in your bowl. The woman running the drive-through was very rude. I won't be back here.

Love the teriyaki chicken but I have had a couple of instances where the chicken had lots of fat .
Went through drive through, didn't have to wait long, food was delicious, no complain.

If you want to know what it's like to eat here just print the menu out, rip it in half, shred the half with stuff you eat to eat and the. Try and pick some options from what's left. Oh never mind because they have maybe 1 serving of that left even though it's still an hour till they close. But too bad your still SOL because they're gonna forget one of your sides anyway. Seems like a bold business plan from a place that is literally down the street from a Chinese buffet. I know the bar is low but at least they'll have what I ordered instead of shutting down most of the menu an hour before close. If you want a better experience go literally anywhere else, because it definitely won't be this bad.
