Not sure why last Saturday the lobby was locked at 6pm!?? Was told to go to the drive through & they couldn't stop giggling long enough to take an order. 2 of my friends ordered on the app and was told they didn't have the meat for the French dippers. They said they couldn't refund it. My friends got a pick 2 instead. Being so for real, I have went to this location since they opened. The service has went downhill tremendously. I don't know where they get their employees and managers from but they are the worse. You can tell they don't want to be there, they're rude, and always cussing loudly like it's a bar or something. Actually no, I've went to bars with better customer service than this place. I understand needing staff but instead of trying to put bodies in positions actually get quality employees. If not yall are going to lose us locals as yalls customers. No one should get talked to like they're a piece of crap when the EMPLOYEES are the ones who make the mistake. I've witness an old man being rudely spoken to before simply because he was confused about his order. Do better Panera. Also I'm pretty sure it's like a violation to block off the door during business hours? Not sure why they started doing that shortly after 5:30pm now days. Soon as I get off work and come over it's blocked off with highchairs.

We arrived at 6pm. They close at 9pm. They literally have 3 loaves of bread and 1 bread bowl left. The only sweet breads are some mini-muffins. Why is the word "bread" even in their name? We left.

We ordered a to go order...we ordered 2 of the french dippers...and an extra side of french onion dipping sauce. We received 1/2 a sandwich each..with 1/2 a cup of french onion soup. Went to the pick up window & dinner was on a tray...when the young lady was told that it's a to go order...she gave my husband a bag & said here...wrap it up & it's to go. Soooo... on top of the order being wrong...the rudeness of the server @ the counter...and the worst 1/2 of a french dip....this experience was terrible

Aunt Cyndy and I are just finishing lunch at Panera and we both agree that this is the best meal that we've ever had at a Panera and the best service. Fabulous service from Malachi! And 10 stars for the new Spicy Chicken Dipper sandwich!
Wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered half sandwich with broccoli soup. Sandwich was disgusting, a ranch bacon chicken. A few scraps of chicken drenched in a ranch slop.

We got to the restaurant at about 1110 and had to wait until almost 1130 to get our soup. (They hadn't started warming the soup on time. ) They were out of espresso beans, so couldn't get espresso. Establishment was not very clean.

Very weird thing happened at the drive thru. I ordered bagel & cream cheese and asked for the cream cheese to be put on the bagel instead of giving me a cup and knife to do it myself. Was told they couldn't do that for "safety reasons"! Really?? Makes no sense.

Got here at 7:10am and front doors still locked but side door wasn’t. Asked an employee if they were aware and supposedly that’s how the manager wants it. Then once inside there is no coffee made because they were out of filters and waiting on the delivery truck. Poorly managed location
