Turn the heat on. It’s like an ice box in here.

1-27-25. The food was fine…if you like eating with an employee vacuuming and putting chairs upside down on every empty table at 8:05 PM. I asked what time they closed, 9:00! Two much money spent on so, so food to have to eat with the back ground noise of a vacuum. Also the AC was up high so the experience was horrible. They didn’t care if customers think from the outward appearance that they are closed. I bet in 6 months they will be closed for good. Wake up management your employees will put you out of business.

Ordered a chicken soup for a sick neighbor and when I got it home and opened it there was about an inch and a half deep of just broth nothing else in it. Almost like it was leftover from someone else. I was ashamed to bring it to her and mad that I paid for nothing!

Don't go to this Panera. Went through the drive thru a little bit ago. Shame on us for not checking the bag, but got home and we were missing a sandwich. This isn't the first time it's happened at this location, either. I gave 3 stars for the food. It wasn't bad, but the au jus for the French Dipper was barely lukewarm. McAlister's Deli is in the same shopping plaza...I'll go there from now on.

I'm sorry but Panera is just gross now. This place also has a strange smell - not like fresh baked bread. Service was good though. The girl that worked the drive thru was very nice.

I truly hate to complain, but felt this needed to be shared. Do not go to this location. I love Panera bagels.... normally. I ordered what we expected to be half dozen bagels and idek what we got. The Asiago especially, was something I have never seen before. I don't even think it was a bagel. Truthfully no idea how anyone could look at it and feel okay with putting it in a bag to be served. Not to mention, it tasted horrifying. Oh and the cream cheese was expired. Really disappointing experience.
