Just got into town. Called they were extremely rude. Then told me one topping $9.99, i ordered 3; the works $15.95 i ordered 2… total $112- ??? Gave $20 coupon i ask why so much they said computer rang it up that way and no way they could change it ?? I ask them to explain charges they said unsure.

I guess ordering pizza toppings is a suggestion. I have tried for the 3rd time from this location and it is never right. I can handle mediocre service if the food is right, but sorry and drive another 15 min with traffic back is not worth the time for some pizza that is not that great. If you want more money per hour get the food right.

The service was awesome! The employee taking our order to go was helpful in pointing out the particular pizza toppings we wanted were on sale in the large size. He was courteous and friendly. We only waited 12 minutes. The Works was a great choice for prime toppings and the price!

Order threw the papa johns website and they sent it to door dash and then it didn't show up for another 40 min after it left the store and it was cold and not only that they charged my card and said it didn't process and made me pay cash which I did and then wouldn't return my money for being doubled charged
