I said just want to know how much a 1 topping large is he said when u answer my questions then I’ll answer yours?! I again ask sir I just want to know a cost for a large pepperoni and he again said give me ur name phone number and address and then I’ll help. I hung up - RUDE!

Not like the Pizza Hut you know, completely understand that they basically ripped the dine in out. The Staff is still super friendly and cares about the customers. But given that it's a major tourist destination they simply can't handle the mass over load of indoor dinning and handling the online and take out orders.
Can't speak to atmosphere because we have it delivered. We've tried dozens of local pizza places and they just can't produce a better pizza than The Hut.

Take out order and the sign says take a menu and have a seat. However, the only menu in there was a paper copy that you could hardly read. Explained to lady that we can't read it and she walked away. She asked for our order my husband told her what he wanted but again stated I can't read the menu. She walked away. Ended up ordering the box with pizza and wings. She never asked what kind of pizza, we had to make sure what kind it was. Then she never asked us what kind of wings we wanted. When asking she stated. well it only comes in 2 flavors. Again had to ask what flavors. This was after we received our total. She was not very nice and definitely did not want to be there. Checked 15 min, order was just going in. Another 10 still not ready. We waited over 30 minutes. We will not be back.
