Dinner Time Experience:We drove for 15 minutes to finally experience the new dine-in service at Pizza Hut, reminiscent of the good old days. However, it is with regret that I must inform you that our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by a staff member who inquired whether we were picking up an order or dining in. We expressed our desire to dine in, and we were directed to the counter to place our order. This was unexpected, as we had anticipated being seated at a table and provided with menus, drinks, and the necessary utensils and napkins, as is customary in a dine-in restaurant. Upon approaching the counter, we were advised to refer to the double-sided "takeout menu" for available options. However, due to the significant price difference between dine-in and takeout options, we opted to place our order through the app. At present, we are at home consuming our pizza, and regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction with the pizzas' quality. We purchased a stuffed crust pepperoni, a stuffed crust cheese, and cheesy sticks. Both pizzas fell significantly below the expected standard and did not resemble the typical Pizza Hut pizza. However, the cheesy sticks were satisfactory. Last thoughts: If you choose to dine in, please bring warm clothing as the temperature in the restaurant was quite low during our ten-minute wait.

I received a notification that the pizza was out for delivery at 6:31. I live less than 5 minutes away. By 7:05 I still had not received the pizza so I called. Was immediately placed on hold. I hung up at 7:16 when the pizza finally arrived (11 minute hold and 45 minute delivery). Pizza was - as expected - cold.
New Yorker delivery. The pizza was beautifully prepared with a good amount of "meat" evenly distributed. The sauce was sweet and I didn't like it. The pork seemed synthetic. I ate one slice.

Pizza hut is a classic that either you have fond memories of and it keeps you coming back. I wish we had a location that still had dine in, sadly this one does not. They converted their front seating into a supply storage. Still, they make and deliver what you can expect from nobody else but pizza hut.Parking: The parking lot is close to a light but with no way to get to it, making it getting out mainly a game of waiting. Located on 17 with a divider if you or going left you'll need to take a right and merge over and attempt a u turn once the middle lane reemerges.

I ordered a Big New Yorker pizza and got a Hand Tossed pizza instead. I waited for the correct pizza and when I got it it was torn with a hole in one of the slices. I guess it stuck to the oven or a bubble popped in the dough. The rest of the pie tasted good.

Right now it is for take out only. When I went the other day I seen a sign that said they will opening the dining room soon. When I asked he said maybe next month which would be December 2023.
