The service was excellent, the servers were always very attentive.I am a lover of good meat in restaurants or at home, I love the tenderness of the meat, the flavor at each butcher, this was not the case, very disappointed.Given that there were not many customers on the Tuesday evening that we went, the meat had to stay longer to cook I imagine, so when the waiter made us small slices of meat at our table, it was overcooked portions, none tenderness, sometimes even crispy. Quite a disappointment, there were 5 of us at this dinner, it was unanimously disappointing for our first experience at this restaurant, with a bill of over $300, we should expect a higher level of quality.The deserts were excellent.

I've always been a fan of Rioz in North Myrtle Beach, SC!But tonight I became a HUGE fan!I ordered a meal to be delivered & DoorDash got it here so quickly! Unfortunately, the order wasn't prepared as specified so I called the restaurant and spoke with Manager, Jonathan. He apologized & went so far as to have a waiter deliver the corrected meal! On a Saturday night at 8pm!And, he added a slice of NY cheesecake!!How gracious!!!Service is always phenomenal there. This was the icing on the cake!Thank you so much for not disappointing me, Rioz of NMB❣️I totally enjoyed my dinner, as always!!

Seems like they have a steady flow of customers at all times so be prepared for a short wait. The salad bar is quite big with anything you can think of to be honest! The smoked pineapple and filtet mignon were my favorite.Be sure to check your bill as we were charged for four adults when we had two kids with us 11 and under. It was easily fixed.

Made a reservation for 6:15pm & was able to be seated immediately upon arrival. Salad bar items were good but all the meat was over cooked & underseasoned. After eating some of the bacon wrapped chicken & parmesan crusted chicken I became sick & my stomach started hurting really bad we had to leave. We personally will never be back.

We were looking forward to the experience and went to this same restaurant in Charlotte, NC in 2023. We called the Myrtle Beach location to make a reservation and when we arrived, there was a small sign on the door stating they charge a 3% fee, if you use a credit card. The atmosphere was nice, bathrooms clean and the service was fantastic. The chicken was over cooked, the flank steak was too salty, sangria pitcher was filled with too much fruit and when we asked for an iced water to go we received a kids sized plastic cup. We are two adults and for the amount we paid (close to $200 with gratuity, taxes and service charge), we would go somewhere else.

For the same price, skip the "seafood" buffet and come here! 5-stars all the way around. Fantastic food, service. and atmosphere! The service was friendly, professional, and attentive. All the food was fantastic, from the cuts of meat to everything on the salad bar. This was by far the highlight dining experience of the trip. If you can, save some room for dessert.

The food options were practically unlimited and the meats came around quick and at a temperature to my liking. The service was excellent and the meat servers did an excellent job accommodating to my liking. shout out to marion the pineapple boy for giving us a good laugh and the stacks of pineapple which is definitely worth a try if you ever come here. overall the experience is definitely worth it and for everything you get the price is fair.

The meats that were brought out were inedible from the pork to the chicken to the filet mignon and the steak. They were all over, salted, extremely bad cuts of meats that were very difficult to chew and very little flavor! After only a couple of bites, we decided this was not going to work out. Went and spoke to manager, explaining how the food was inedible! He turned around and expected us to pay for the dinner in full! We Do not recommend this restaurant.

The food was great except for the barbecue chicken. The service was okay. Our server was not too attentive but the rest of the team back them up! Really nice restaurant seems like it's a brand new! Our goal was to try everything they had so I can't complain about the price. However, if you're really picky the price will be a turn off.

This was our 5th visit to this Rioz. (This is the only location we have visited.) Every visit has been a great experience. Great food, great service!The restaurant is very clean with a classy but relaxed atmosphere.Every employee was professional and friendly. They make a point to check how you like your meat prepared, and if you have any special requests periodically.The sirloin, garlic steak, and the grilled pineapple are my favorites.They offer a selection of desserts as well, but, by the time I'm done eating variations of meats I have NO room left for anything else.
