Seablue is nothing short of fantastic. Great beef, seafood and a serious rack of lamb. Everything is prepared perfectly. Great wine list as well as unusual cocktails. This is a special place and you will not be disappointed with anything on the menu.

This was our second time back and it was just as awesome the second time as when we first came. The food was amazing and our Server Jason was OUTSTANDING! He was amazing and his knowledge of the menu, that evening's special menu items was incredible. Not to mention it was my wife's birthday and they even had a special note for her at our table. SeaBlue is definitely one of our favorites and Highly recommend!

We were celebrating a birthday and were met with birthday greetings on our table. Our server, Charles described the list of specialty cocktails, which was extensive. We asked for the prix fixe menu as it was offered when we were seated. If you are seated before 5:30 on Tuesday-Thursday this menu is available for $59 which includes an appetizer, main course and a shared dessert. Our appetizers were a beet salad and escargot; our main courses were 8oz rib eye and lobster ravioli; and dessert was peach cobbler. All courses were excellent. The regular menu is wonderful as well, but more expensive.

We had a delightful evening with Anna, as our server. We started with the raw PEI oysters and then my dinner companions had the surf & turf special which, they said, was delicious. My filet mignon was outstanding and my husband bragged about the bolognese. We loved our apple pie and skillet cookie deserts and the chocolate martinis were the “icing” on a truly unforgettable evening.
