Great atmosphere and service. Menus is average and restricted. Had flavor of the sea and it was delicious. Husband had ribeye and it was over flavored. For the price will not be back in a hurry unfortunately.

This was our first time to Sea Blue and certainly will not be our last. The food, service, drinks were impeccable! We had the flank steak and Chilean sea bass, gratin potatoes, creamed spinach.... Jason, our server was very attentive and knowledgeable! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

An unexpected top-tier experience. The service, food, and ambiance were fantastic. The cocktails were innovative and delicious. The escargot was the best of have had in the US. The entrees were amazing. It was our first visit, and we will definitely return.

This was a pleasant surprise. Atmosphere was extremely elegant yet casual. The wait staff attention to customers and detail was excellent and the food delicious. My center cut filet was cooked to perfection, Juicy and tender. I highly recommend this gem. The “carrot cake” crème brûlée was to die for.

We chose SeaBlue on Open Table explicitly because of its ratings and couldn't be happier with the choice! Exceptional in every way...food, service, ambience, pacing, cocktails...seriously, a gem in NMB.

One of the best food experiences I have had in a long time. The staff was fantastic, our waitress knowledgeable, and the owner who has the chef and his wife who runs the front dropped by to say hello. I felt like we were eating amongst family. And talk about the food... My rack of lamb was the best I've ever tasted and my wife is still raving about her dinner. We will be back again.

The food was good, but not extraordinary. We had the 8 course tasting, it was fun to be able to try a bit of everything. Everything was good, but I think the place is overpriced for what you’re eating (not talking about price of the tasting menu but the menu in general). The meat was very good, the sauces were tasty but at these price point you should feel like the food was incredible. I didn’t think it was incredible, it was good.

Note that if you get the 8 course tasting they’ll automatically add 20% for the service.

Owner or whoever responded to me said they think they are on par with Michelin 3 star restaurants. So I just wanna say: good luck getting your 3 stars, if you deserve them, you’ll get them.

2nd time I've been. More than happy to repeat specials, which they have quite a few of. Service is top rate but not to the point of being annoying. Food is delicious and plentiful (came home with a doggy bag). Will definitely be back.

First time there, drinks were good, i got the Grouper cake, not my favorite, but my husband got the filet and said it was amazing. Friends had bone in steak and pasta and liked it. Felt a little cramped room and table wise, smaller than I thought from outside. Waiter stood at our table and waited while we chatted with friends which was a little uncomfortable, but maybe that is what they are suppose to do. He was nice and efficient. We were told we needed to order our apps and dinner at the same time and I’ve never done that before so we had very little time to visit before we had to make a decision on what we wanted. We will definitely give it another try, but will sit at the bar next time. Very friendly staff, front door was welcoming and nice smiling faces!

I was absolutely blown away at the quality of the wine list and every single dish that we ordered. Don't let the fact that it is in a shopping center fool you! This place is James Beard worthy and such a gem!
