Worst place. They served my Sandwich with Hair. These people are not properly apologetic and before I say anything, they say I cannot give refund but a credit. Lol. Pathetic.

Nice resort. Pools are great. Starting to let things slid like spots of nasty on the walls, mold in the shower, dirty floors. Disappointed this trip as when I arrived I had to clean the floors. Very obvious that they had not been cleaned. You could see where drips were. Floor bath matt looked like someone had colored their hair black and used it to mop up mess. Washed it in the washer and it would not come out. Crumbs in cabinets and drawers in kitchen. With the fees you pay you just expect more! Staff was nice and courteous but check in...well... pack a book. You will need it for your wait. Not unusual to wait an hour or more for standing in line to check in. Inside bar at pizza place was good. A few dollars higher but you are in a resort.

Resort was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food at the pool was mediocre. Kind of expensive for the quality. Pizza was good at 3rd floor cafe. Only 1 small pool was heated. Don't know why. Plenty of pool heaters. I guess they don't want to pay for natural gas. They must sell a lot of hot chocolate at the swim up bar.

Our April vacation started out horribly when our alternator went out 6 hours into a 10 hour trip. We were a day late getting to North Beach but when we called Janet Bell at the front desk was a star! She was able to move the reservation back a night so we didn't lose any time and when we got there the next day she was able to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom condo number 1418 which was beautiful! I can't thank her enough for her kindness, patience and professionalism through the whole ordeal. The whole resort is wonderful.

It was a beautiful resort! Overall we enjoyed it and would return again. The amenities are wonderful but some of the furniture needs to be updated and is well past its prime. Make sure to ask for a room away from the elevator; we could hear everyone’s conversation as they passed our room - it was literally our alarm clock each morning. Other than that, the units are beautiful/spacious and the staff was very friendly.

We had a great stay at 4850 Cantor Ct, Unit 201. It was amazing. The unit was decorated beautifully and was extremely clean. The condo is just a short walk away from the beach and the amenities. I would highly recommend staying at North Beach Villas, and specifically requesting this unit.
This place was amazing from the 4bedroom apt to the pools food on demand steakhouse and spas. I love it here can’t wait to spend my next vacation here. My kids love it. The stayed in the lazy river and multiple heated pools.

We have stayed at North Beach Plantation for the last several years. Last year our stay wasn’t as pleasant as usual due to a miscommunication that was somewhat out of North Beach Plantations control. Although we just returned from our stay there this year and it was awesome. Abbey and the owners went out of their way to make our stay outstanding! We visited the Cinzia Spa and had a wonderful experience. We scheduled a couples retreat. Everyone at the spa was professional and nice. Stephanie and Daniel were awesome! Thanks again to North Beach, Abbey, and the owners for going above and beyond for our family!

We’ve been to North Beach several times, without first visit being in 2012. This was the first time we were disappointed with our stay. The 4 bedroom condo we stayed in, which was quite expensive for the week, had a wonderful view but we were really disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the condo. The master shower was dirty, as were the kitchen counters. There were several areas that needed to be repaired on the walls and doors. The outdoor pools were great, but the indoor pool was dirty and the lazy river surface was incredibly rough and caused cuts and scrapes. Overall, we felt like our money was not well spent and we don’t know if we will return.

We are frequent renters as a family at Indigo tower North Beach Towers. Always have rated our condos a "5" BUT this time, reserved via “I Trip” BIG mistake!! Basics missing...no Tissues, bath soap, shampoo/ cond, pot holders, Bath soap/ gel, Salt and pepper, Scissors, Dishwasher tablets Tongs, Pen and pad, Garbage bags, bowl Scraper, hand soaps, Starter laundry detergent, Pool towels / no pass cards, missing Pillow cases on many bed pillows! One flimsy kitchen towel for 5 days, no housekeeping services! Unacceptable for $600/ night!
