The ice cream was good. Don't go for Italian Ice because the mean lady will tell you her wrist hurts too much to scoop it. She also constantly berated my 13 year old son who was doing nothing wrong. She fussed at us (9 paying customers who all purchased ice cream) for blocking the back door, standing outside, when NO ONE was even close to coming in to the place, while we were eating the ice cream we just purchased. She fussed at my sweet 5 year old nephew because he was three steps away from his grandma. The only reason I didn't say something while I was there was because with someone that grouchy, well I didn't know what she was capable of doing if someone complained. I never write reviews either if that tells you anything.

$7.25 for a medium (2 scoops) of ice cream. My boyfriend and I each got a medium.. so $7.25+$7.25=$14.50, right? Our total came to $20!! The worker said there is an 11% “hospitality fee”… but 11% of $14.50 is most certainly not $5.50.If you would like to spend an absurd amount of money for mediocre ice cream, this is your place!I am appalled.

According to Google, this place is open but it is not. Arrived around 12:30pm on Monday and it was not open and there are no listed hours on the door. If you want to run a successful business in NMB, you better be on your A game and this place is not it.

We were there for ice cream yesterday! Not friendly. Payed $13 for 2 tiny ice creams. The guy couldn’t ever tell me if they had cookie dough he said read the board. Terrible and nasty for a vacation spot.went to native joes and so pleasant w half the price.

Our family ate here for dinner, ice-cream and came back for breakfast. Everything here is cooked from scratch...nothing frozen but the ice cream!!! The atmosphere was perfect, it was SUPER CLEAN, no long waits and the owners were so kind and friendly!!! We truly felt like we were home with family! We definitely will be back! Did I mention the food was WONDERFUL?????

Tried this place out as it was close to where we were staying, and this place is a gem. We enjoyed the food so much we came back a second night in a row in a row. The owner was so sweet and kind, and pretty much treated you like family from the moment you walked in, even being extra sweet to our little one. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

My family was staying nearby and decided to walk over for ice cream. We ordered 3 waffle cones with 2 scoops each (around $10 each) and a sugar cone w 1 scoop (around $7-8). When they told us it cost over $50 I was shocked. My ice cream had freezer burn (the pirates treasure) and the others we ordered were ok. They said the reason it was $50 was added fees and taxes. I can understand the taxes but they had a mandatory gratuity on there and I’m uncertain about the other fee. No other restaurant nearby charged us those additional fees. The guy who took my order didn’t even stay to help my family. So we had to tell the cashier what we wanted to get the rest of the order. If you want good ice cream, go elsewhere. If you are staying nearby and don’t feel like driving, go ahead but be prepared to pay. I’ll add that we went to the crazy Mason the next night. 4 full-size milkshakes in souvenir mason jars for $60 with great service.

The male at the ice cream counter was extremely rude! We first asked how much are the different sizes and he seemed really annoyed. I asked for two samples (banana foster and mint chocolate chip). He said only 1 sample. And I said I'm trying to decide what flavor to get can't I just try a little of each. He seemed to get angry. He did give me a little of each and mumbled under his breath they are pretty standard. I was with a party of 6 and everyone couldn't believe how rude he was to all of us. Terrible customer service. The lady who checked us out was very friendly and sweet! Yummy ice cream! It was $5 for the tiny kids scoop though.
