Mostly Trans on Friday nights, Starts at 10:30 or so. I go often. Sometimes they will have some one special on Saturday night and also mostly Trans, a few ravers show up. I'll stand outside and listen on Saturdays to see what music is playing If not someone special it's mostly a type of Dubstep called Trap. Funny but across the street at Ducks Café, on Saturday night, they have a reasonable EDM guy playing, mostly Trans. Stop in have a beer and listen. But few to no people dancing. I don't know of any other place in the area that does EDM of any kind. If you do tell us about it. If you are NOT 21 with a valid ID that is scanned in a machine you will NOT get in. Lots of BS about the place because some don't like Trap.

So... yes LONGS, is what the cross eyes security tolds us can not go in this place. I believe the owner he says that we are trouble or he does not like people from Longs and so we gave our VA ids and that was not enough since we live in Longs which is something I have never seen before, this is more racist or stupid to label Longs as a not a good place ?? and for cross eyes and staff you play a long the way and you know it is wrong

It shouldn't be run as badly as it was. Young people prefer Duck's across the street, even though there is a large elderly population. This place should be full of people every night. How to manage a bad place should be taught as a lesson. I think it's bad management and the bald security guard upstairs looks at everyone like he's going to eat them. He should pull himself together and not act with double standards and say something to the types of men with three men and black-glassed mustangs who use foreign substances inside and actually do their job.

I will NEVER come back to the sky bar!! Rude bartenders definitely on drugs nasty attitudes & the security is rude as well!! Had a Fume vape & bartender gonna say you cant smoke dope in here I’m gonna call the bouncer which to i said look it up it’s a vape & VERY RASICT told one of my bfs friend to take his hat off even though half the club which were white boys were wearing hats TF discrimination at its best!! Had roaches in the drinks!! NEVER AGAIN & if you’re from Longs they will DENY you entry. Went over to DUCKS had amazing time great music!

Went to the sky bar Saturday mind you a GROUP of us… went to show our ID & one of our friends is from longs & they denied her entry cause the “owner doesn’t allow people from longs in the establishment” said bouncer, we thought he was joking but was serious so had to leave WONT BE BACK! Went to DUCKS across the street had a great time there!

Service was garbage, DJ sucked, bartender must've been first day on the job because he was swearing and being aggressive because we closed our tab, not to mention the FRUIT FLIES, definitely didn't order fruit flies in our drinks! Atmosphere was garbage, prices higher that the rooftop, for quite literally the worst drinks ever made. Consider hiring a bartender instead of some random guy with no experience! Might get better reviews from the looks of it.

ON August 19,2024 I live in South Carolina all my life and I experience the worst kind of discrimination from The Sky Bar I am a 59 yr old and my daughter is 31 we were out with some Friends and we decided after a Birthday party we would go to Sky Bar when we entered the security guard passing us threw to check our purse and licenses a loud sound went off I ask him what the hell is this all about .All just cause A person has a Longs S.C address u can't enter so embarrassing and form of discrimination SC residents born and raised the Area we live in is Considered Longs but not I don't give a dam what The Owner has heard about all Longs S C.Residents not the Same I would Recommend nobody to go to a place like this and spend not one dime ??
