We decided to check this place out tonight and were extremely disappointed. We ordered two double Malibu with pineapple, and the total came to $55—with no explanation, no breakdown, nothing. We paid without making a fuss, but we will absolutely never return.

To make matters worse, the drinks came in 8-ounce cups—not even standard 16-ounce size—which made the price even more outrageous. There was no live entertainment, no special event, nothing that would justify that kind of markup.

But honestly, the worst part was the level of disrespect we encountered at the entrance. The security staff was rude and dismissive from the moment we walked up. We’re nearly 50 years old and were completely floored by the attitude and tone they used. It felt more like a TSA checkpoint than a night out—should’ve asked if they offered PreCheck!

Overall, not worth the time, money, or energy.

This place discriminates so avoid this place! Only 3 stars speaks volumes folks! So many great places and great restaurants around! Let them fail!

Went there on a Friday night, it was pretty packed, cover charge of $10/person was crazy for the ambience and drink prices actually. The bar tenders were swamped and over it, which I get. But some took forever to serve and some were rather quick. It was so incredibly hot and humid in there. The floor was so slick everywhere, not sure why but it was slick enough that 2 people in my group including myself slipped and fell. The shoes I wore got completely disgusting unfortunately. The bouncer was being weird about who could and couldn’t get up on the stage with the DJ. The DJ was OK. I give him a 3/5. It smelled so bad in there though. Be careful of the stairs and floors in there, I slipped on the stairs wearing sneakers. Overall kinda grimy, nasty, dirty, but what can you expect from Myrtle Bech?

The bar tender slapped my cup out of my hand when I asked for a cup of water and said “there if a lemonade stand down the road if you want that”

Came for a vacation and left with lifelong friends. My girl Julie at the bar was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, her service was top notch and we enjoyed our time there! Will defiantly be back!!

Mostly Trans on Friday nights, Starts at 10:30 or so. I go often. Sometimes they will have some one special on Saturday night and also mostly Trans, a few ravers show up. I'll stand outside and listen on Saturdays to see what music is playing If not someone special it's mostly a type of Dubstep called Trap. Funny but across the street at Ducks Café, on Saturday night, they have a reasonable EDM guy playing, mostly Trans. Stop in have a beer and listen. But few to no people dancing. I don't know of any other place in the area that does EDM of any kind. If you do tell us about it. If you are NOT 21 with a valid ID that is scanned in a machine you will NOT get in. Lots of BS about the place because some don't like Trap.

So... yes LONGS, is what the cross eyes security tolds us can not go in this place. I believe the owner he says that we are trouble or he does not like people from Longs and so we gave our VA ids and that was not enough since we live in Longs which is something I have never seen before, this is more racist or stupid to label Longs as a not a good place ?? and for cross eyes and staff you play a long the way and you know it is wrong

Wonder how long it will take before this place is replaced by a better establishment

It shouldn't be run as badly as it was. Young people prefer Duck's across the street, even though there is a large elderly population. This place should be full of people every night. How to manage a bad place should be taught as a lesson. I think it's bad management and the bald security guard upstairs looks at everyone like he's going to eat them. He should pull himself together and not act with double standards and say something to the types of men with three men and black-glassed mustangs who use foreign substances inside and actually do their job.
