Finally hit this spot this weekend. Been wanting to for the last few visits. The menu looks great. Drinks, ditto. Just a big crowded beach dive.They need help. As in more servers and kitchen help.Wife ordered one of the seafood towers($80) and I got a shrimp po boy and calamari as an app. We ate at the bar thinking service would be better/faster. Not so, but that wasn't awful.The tower was 3/4 cold and old but the po boy was pretty damn good. Other than the raw oysters everything on the tower was awful.The calamari appetizer came out as our dessert. There was all of 5 pieces in that order. What little we got was very good.I will point out my displeasure on the spot in a restaurant if I feel they merit a second chance. This one didn't merit another try.

Very disappointed. We called to make a reservation and was told we couldn't for 2 people and it would be no issue seating us. We arrived hours later for dinner and was told it was an hour and a half wait for a table. They said we can seat you at the bar now though so we agreed. We wanted an ocean view so we went upstairs to that bar. We had to wait to order for about a half hour. Finally ordered and got our drinks. We had them gone and still waited for our food. We paid for 2 hour parking at 21.00 a shot and it took so long we had to go pay for another 2 hours and another 21.00. People who came up after us and ordered got their food first and we still waited. Finally got the food and it was cold. Ha e you ever tasted cold Mac and cheese? Well let me tell ya it was horrible. The po' boy sandwich was cold but it was good. This was a highly recommended place to eat and I was not happy at all. The best part of the service was the 2 young waiters. They were very pleasant. We are from New York and would not recommend this place due to the wait and the ice cold food.

I had a pretty bad experience here on Monday, March 25th. I come down with a group of 15 every year, and we normally go to a steakhouse on the last night of the trip, which would have been Monday.I convinced "the elders" of the group that the menu looked great here and had something for everyone and that it was worth switching it up this year. Called at 3pm and made reservations for 7pm.We arrive at 6:50pm and are told by the manager that a reservation was never taken. I showed her the call (to the number from the website) and she stated that she was new and did not know the number. While she wasn't rude, she didn't seem to want to take much responsibility for the irresponsibility of her staff member. We were told we could be seated outside. It was a little chilly, but not enough to discourage us from trying it out. We were finally seated at 7:15pm.After another few minutes, a server arrives and asks us to be patient with him, as it was his first day. After the near 30 minute wait, the disregard for the situation, and the apparent complete front of house turnaround... we decided that we had been patient enough and decided to go elsewhere.I manage restaurants (several of them) for a living, and was borderline offended by the entire visit.$1000 table, and we walked out and took our business elsewhere. Maybe next year I'll try it by myself before I embarrass myself in front of the group.

My sisters And I were there yesterday evening which was March 25th around 5:30. Even though it was cool we sat outside. We had the most wonderful young lady as our server. I could tell later that she had been crying. I don't know the details of what happened but I think maybe a customer had talked badly to her. Our hearts ached because she was such a sweet and efficient server. I hope the manager and owner recognize this gal, give her a pat on the back and know that she went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one!

Something has changed because in the past we always had a good experience. At the last visit I brought out of town guests. Scallops were not cooked completely and had to wait on a second order. We also waited one hour on the drink order. We keep getting told “a few more minutes”. Our meal was done by the time drinks arrived. Was kind of embarrassed that I took guests there.

My only disappointment was I requested an expresso martini and it was not it was a black russian in a martini glass. Otherwise the food and service were excellent.Parking: We parked
Overall food was good but it was luke warm by the time I got back to our place, had to go to bar to pick up to go order, bartender was trying her best to keep up with patrons and get my order packed up, they told me 20 minutes for order to be ready. Food was behind bartender for a good 5 minutes while I waited, not sure how long it was there before I arrived. Prices online do match their current price list and needed the manager to fix, it was $20 compared to online, manager did fix it but advised that for future orders to not look at the $$ online, I did mention that they should get that fixed but informed me that they do not have access to the online menu and $$$.

Truly disgusted as how the female manager tanya handles any sort of altercations or even decent talks. I was discussing with the gentleman manager about an incident that happened involving my daughter, this was a civil talk no yelling or even raised voices. She decided to interrupt and when I stated who I was, she went outside and got an officer to give me a no trespassing ordinance. I was respectful and courteous, this was unwarranted and truly a power trip. I mean how should I know that she was a manager wearing a tennis skirt and tank top with her belly hanging out. Rethink your hires
