We were in town for 3 days and we made sure to come here every day after we first discovered it! Food was amazing, what a huge and beautiful menu. Love how many complementing ingredients are in each dish. For a new modern strip-mall like building it was still cozy. Our server Darlene was awesome very welcoming, kind, patient and understanding. She was also a big part of us coming back so many times as well. We all just want good food and good company, Soufflé’s is the place for that. Wish we had one in our home town.

Super loud and service wasn't great. My daughter's food was brought 10-15 minutes after ours. Spoke to a couple people and no one seemed to care. Ours was cold by the time hers came. They did give a discount on her food but that what I prefer.

Today i went and tried to get cream and sugar. First i was told no because i had to buy something which was no problem at all, she said i could buy a cinnamon roll since it’s one of they’re smaller items, older lady at the front desk left and came back and told me i couldn’t get the cream and sugar if i buy it. I tried to buy a coffee to get the cream and sugar and still was told i couldn’t get it because they were too busy and it would be a long time. The cream and sugar are in separate packs, they were busy but come on the service was ridiculous and there was no trying to fix the situation so i just left. 0/10.

First off the presentation of the pancakes looks amazing and everything comes out on unique hammer finished plates which screams premium quality but to me that's where the premium ended (food wise). Yes the pancakes are cool to experience and the process is difficult but outside of that they weren't worth it. For the most part it's just a lot more fluff then a standard pancake that takes a really long time (which they make you aware of). I also ordered a side of sausage which was something like 5 bucks and was pretty bland as well (two basic links split down the middle). The eggs Benedict was okay but when I asked my girlfriend if she'd get them again the response was no but to be fair it was crab cakes for breakfast lol not really something I would have ordered to begin with. On a plus side the place looks pretty nice and the server was great.
P.S. Some reviews have mentioned not being able to make substitutions, if that's true that would be pretty insane.

We showed up without a reservation but the wait wasn’t long. The staff was lovely and attentive. The menu had plenty of tasty options, we started with the French Beignets which our little boys loved. The wife had the Salmon Benedict while I picked the crab Benedict. Make sure you bring your appetite because they were massive. If you’re a fan of fresh squeezed orange juice, make sure you grab one here. Overall, very tasty brunch/lunch spot. Will definitely be visiting again!

Amazing food, service, and presentation! We had such a large party of 10 and I feel like we had one of everything on the menu for breakfast! The beignet were awesome! The French toast was amazing as were the souffle pancakes. Our waitress Darlene was also the best. Thanks so much! We will absolutely go back!

* Review is solely based on atmosphere and first impressions. Was excited to try this place but upon entering and being seated at a table that was dirty, my Husband and I took one look at the ceiling and got up and left. The amount of dust on the air vents and black mold/mildew on the ceiling is clearly visible throughout the entire restaurant. If that’s how it looks in the front, I can’t imagine the back where food is prepared.

I've been here before so I was familiar with the food, but I never ordered a souffle before. After our meal I saw one go by and decided I needed to try one. It's about a 20 minute wait so you're supposed to order ahead of time and I recommend you do so. And, for us it was well worth the wait!
