The morning manager here is exceptional. There was a lot of confusion about what time they start brewing the roast I prefer and she had a swift and smart resolution. She understands coffee drinkers especially the early morning ones. I really appreciated her knowledge of what I was looking for as well as her exceptional customer service. I think her name was Michelle. I am so grateful for you!

was really quick and convenient however both drinks made completely wrong and undrinkable got a shaken espresso and they put a drop of milk and it was half full, more foam than actual coffee or milk. and before anyone says it’s how’s it’s supposed to be made, worked there for 2 years would never have made it like that. Just sloppy. $18 for terrible drinks just because they wanted to rush is crazy.

Vegan optionsLove that a chain clearly marks their products as vegan or vegetarian when appropriate. They serve oatmeal all day and it is vegan. They have vegan milk for coffees, too.
This location is very clean and convenient. Staff is friendly and service is fast. Wish you had more sugar-free selection.

Like most people, I received many Starbucks gift cards for Christmas. This morning, pouring rain, I went through the drive through on my way to work. I do this almost every day. I politely asked the gal at the window where the PIN number was on the gift card so I could load it onto my app to pay for my order. She responded they don’t teach us that. She then proceeded to speak with someone else working stating there was someone behind me in line and this was troubling. So beyond rude. I’m trying to use a gift card. I will start going to the other location as the service here this morning left me feeling awful. Do better, Starbucks. You certainly charge 5 star prices, give 5 star service.
