Our server, #9211 on 10/08/2024 was fantastic. I didn’t get his name but he was a new employee and went out of his way to make sure my wrap was done to perfection.

Lady at the beginning of the sandwich line was rude and disrespectful, threw a fit because we were 2 people and wanted to order 5 sandwiches and didn’t order online before coming. What a joke it’s not hard to do your job.

The wraps are no longer the same wrap that they used to use. It's something really weird and gross that I think belongs on a breakfast sandwich, but every time I order a wrap from Subway it's no longer a wrap. I don't know when they changed it. I don't know why they changed it but I don't like it

We came and as usual I guess shift leader or mgr always in bad mood I ask for a toasted f/long for tuna well she toast it says out tuna but she wanted make me another sub on bread already toasted for a tuna and toast it again wouldn’t been able eat it would been hard as rock … but we come there often always bad mood kinda handling stuff roughly giving impression she really didn’t want to be there (as usual with her ) you need get another person in the cause it was 1:15 and dead in there . When you put her in there we notice not so busy anymore wonder why ??? Cause she is a rude woman that does not like her job !!!! To me why she there seems run off customers I know we won’t be back ever again to that establishment

Went in to order 6 subs. Was told that i can't order that many subs at one time, that I had to order them on line. There was no one else in the store at the time so I wasn't interfering with anyone else's order. I asked what difference it made whether I ordered them online or in the store. I will not be returning to Subway again. This store was atv3300 B Hwy 17S in N. Myrtle Beach. I think they just didn't want to deal with as it was 20 minutes before they closed.

They were very nice to us while we were there. My husband has issues understanding/remembering things and they were understanding and patient with him while he figured out what he wanted. The environment was also very clean. I would come back!

Ordered my subs via the app. Went to the store to pick it up and hubby went inside. The girl working didn’t greet him. No hello. No hi no nothing. He stood there for a few minutes before she even noticed him and he said he was picking up our food. She motioned to the side and said over there with an attitude. The subs weren’t toasted at all nor made how I ordered them. Looks like a 4 yr old made them. I’d give zero stars if I could. Definitely won’t be a returning customer. The owners/store managers need to train them in customer interaction because that was not how to do it.

Food is fresh and made to order with no issues which is the reason I continue to visit this location when I am in this part of town. However, the last 3 times I have visited this location the employees were incredibly rude to each customer I watched them serve. Today they were cussing and loudly arguing with one another over the volume of Christmas music playing throughout the store.

I placed an order online got confirmation of the order from the app money was deducted out of my bank. Went to the store to pick up the order. Was told they did not receive it on their end. Show them the receipts from their app. Show them the bank account. they called the general manager and he said he could not give me the sandwiches because it was going to mess up their inventory. There is no way to get it refunded. I had to dispute it with my bank and they refused to make the sandwiches. Absolutely horrible customer service.
