Frequently come here but tonight the food was old and I asked for freshly cooked fries and they were old and stale.. I have a picky eater so I always ask for freshly cooked fries bc the slightest difference he won’t eat them. So this visit truly sucked and a waste of money

employees at the counter seemed to be trained to run away and ignore you if you try to place on order. literally see you coming, run away, and then ignore your calls to them to get their attention. I don't care how much you try to force it, I am not using your kiosk, I am just walking out forever, which is what I did tonight. Goodbye Taco Bell. probably the healthy decision in many ways.

Bought 3 soft tacos no cream cheese and 3 cheesy rollups and there was little to no cheese and not cooked properly. Everything i received was cold and I wish I could get a refund for such terrible food and the amount if money I paid.

Went through the drive thru and when I got home I was missing food. I called and the GM, Tommy, told me if I came back he'd give me the food that I already paid for as well as free coupons for my inconvenience. Went back about a week later and Tommy gave me the food that I was missing but told me they didn't have free coupons and walked away. My original order was around $70, people at my table were missing food and all I got when I went back was more crappy service. Never again!!

Cheesy gordita crunch was loosely wrapped and upside down in the bag, so I have a bag full of cheese lettuce and cream. Ordering from a robot, really? Too impersonal, wont be coming here again. Prices are too high as well. If youre saving $$ not hiring counter help, pass it on to your customers.
