Don't bother ordering the new chicken catina or whatever it is is ...I got the value meal, with taco, drink and chips. It was slop put on a flour taco shell and grilled. It was so bad.Don't bother adding extra beef on your nacho Grande either it NEVER WILL HAPPEN! We're gluten intolerant so a good place for part of the family, it's still way under par.I'm a local and it hurts that they are serving this mess.Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerant

If I could give them a zero star I would. I came in with my children while on vacation. I've watched several families come in and the same thing has happened to them. I stood at the counter waiting for service and never did anyone say anything to me. They looked at me many times and just won't break by. Then a customer eating told me that I had to order it. The kiosk. I watch several employees walk by customers. Elderly customer standing at the counter and still walk by and never said a word to them. They were rude and obnoxious. No way to treat customers

Don’t be fooled by the shiny new building with the hipster murals… avoid this location at all costs.The food is hit or miss… sometimes decent (it’s Taco Bell so not gourmet), but often times it’s cold, missing ingredients, and just entirely the wrong order.The staff is… who knows actually! They’re nonexistent at the counter; indoor orders are taken via kiosk. The drive thru seems minimally staffed as well- you will WAIT, and wait and wait. You’ll often see multiple workers at a time “on breaks” outside, while the lines just grow longer.The drive thru is the WORST. It’s set up to allow- rather encourage- other customers to cut in front of you by “merging” from a second entrance at the midway point of the line, despite you having already spent 20 minutes to get to that point. And once you’re in line, you’re trapped. There’s no way to bail after moving two car lengths in 30 minutes, so pull up your Netflix app cuz you’re in for a long haul. The entire setup is Utterly infuriating.After spending 48 minutes in line to pickup a mobile order of 4 measly tacos, don’t expect to get what you ordered or how you ordered it. Save your 60 cents for the sour cream you won’t get, and head inside to get your own sauces.I’m sure the staff are all lovely hard-working people, and I don’t know how a bad review affects them personally. I only had a 10 second human encounter at the drive thru window pickup, but it was long enough to see another staffer smoking a vape *in the kitchen.* This is the first time I’ve EVER left a negative review for ANY business. But this place is an embarrassment to the entire Taco Bell franchise.Go to the chicken place with the cows. (Today is obviously a Sunday or I’d be there).Parking: It’s awkward to enter/exit this TBell in general due to its location. Coming from 17, there’s 2 parking spaces that aren’t reserved for mobile pickups or handicapped. Most of the parking is in a completely separate lot around the corner, from which you’ll have to exit onto a different side street. Good luck navigating from the separate lot, through incoming traffic, and the drive through line to get inside- especially if you have small kids. Truly the worst layout I’ve encountered and often deters me from choosing this place at all.

For a Taco Bell it's fairly good for the most part. It's ok for a quick Taco fix. Store was clean. Staff were very polite and friendly. They were fairly professional. Joking around some. That's when I start thinking am I going to get my food anytime soon. It was ready fairly quick. 1 to 10. They receive a 7.
Food was okay... but it was late night and was craving something spicy so I asked for fire sauce... got back to the condo we drove 5 hours too and paid for and no fire sauce..sucks. they don't pay attention to detail.

Beyond the poor quality of the food to start with, now they have installed the kiosks to place your order. The staff damn near refuses to speak with the people that pay their paycheck. Customer service is very bad here.

Truly sickening how they treat the delivery drivers that come to this place, even the so called GM is rude and unbearable. We are here to deliver food for your customers, never knew asking for extra sauce for them would be such a big issue, apparently so. Sometimes people forget to ask for it in the app, and they have the audacity to say I would be banned from there establishment for getting their customers extra sauce, truly apaouling. I would never treat a guest or customer with such disrespect or make them feel embarrassed for asking their paying customers if they needed anything else. Management retraining should be taken at this location.
