What a great find! We'll be back. We had 2 Delicious sandwiches with generous portions, everything's fresh. Potato salad and pasta salad were very tasty too. Bagels are authentic, large, flavorful, perfect. We also got a dozen of bagels to go, and a third sandwich to go after we ate. Woman at the counter is quick, efficient, very knowledgable and personable, works super hard to keep the entire room served well. Prices are perfect also. Highly recommend.

Very rude, terrible customer service. Staff doesn't even know what's on the menu let alone what their specials are. People waiting on their food seemed to be getting irate which didn't fare well with my experience. Had been here before and it was good. Seems to have changed hands since then. Shut this place down and start over with owners/management that know how to run a restaurant and handle business.

Food and service was great. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and very accommodating. Coffee very good as well. Everything was spot on the way it should be for an egg sandwich and/or deli sandwich. The kids loved the thick and fluffy pancakes.

Local here… After three strikes I’m done with this place. Since the business changed hands customer service along with quality has gone down hill. Walked in this morning to give them one more opportunity to get things right. The shop was completely empty. There were two employees near the front counter. Wasn’t greeted with good morning, hello, good morning, kick rocks or anything. Both of the employees wonder off into the kitchen without saying a word. Go to Bagel Port or Krave if you’re wanting a breakfast sandwich.

Some of us wanted donuts others wanted bagels and this strip mall took care of everyone. First off the young lady working the counter was terrific. We told her this was our first time in and she said it would definitely not be our last. She guaranteed we would be back for more. Oh my she was correct. We purchased an assortment of bagels and they were so good. I'm not a bagel person but my ladies were very impressed. They were looking forward to going back.

If you want really GOOD bagels, you have to go to the N.Mytle Beach location and get some! Not only was the staff super friendly, but the bagels were the best we have had since moving to the area. Oh and the prices!!!! They can't be beat!!
