My order: toasted everything bagel w/ herb & garlic spread.Overall was a pleasant experience! However, since we came during st. patricks day it was quite busy and there is a wait. One woman worked the front and she was good. Although, they may need to hire more help with them amount of customers they bring it. As for the bagels, it was a bit tough and didnt really feel like it was toasted. All in all, it was decent and worth checking out.

Moved to the South 3 years ago from NY and I do miss a good bagel, heard about Bagel Factory from a friend and drove 5 hours to check them out. Totally worth it! They're awesome and actually had lox and capers
