The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar North Myrtle Beach

We have been wanting to visit for a couple of years. Finally decided to take the family and grandkids to the new NMB location. Our kids had a $50 gift certificate which they would not honor because they said they were a franchise and not affiliated with the original Crazy Mason. Then they got part of our order wrong and when we tried to get it fixed, one of the staff was very rude and made our granddaughter cry. Another staff member did make it right, thank you. The ice cream was just okay, nothing special. It’s definitely an overrated tourist trap. Won’t return.

Great ice cream ideas. Milkshakes, but more like a sundae. Quick and pleasant service too

Pricey, but service is excellent and desserts are filling and delicious!
Also you get to keep your milkshake jar!

for the quality of the ice cream which is Blue Bell that can be purchased in a grocery store it is completely overpriced. also hair was found in the cookie crumble! when I returned it to the counter to show the clerk he replied,"I don't know how that happened but sorry about it, would you like us to make it again?"I said no.
We are local people this is clearly a tourist trap. we had family in for the holiday and thought we would take them to this fancy-looking ice cream milk shake place, we will not be returning

Great tasting milkshakes! Our group got four varieties and enjoyed them thoroughly! Staff member was very patient walking us through the extensive menu.

Oh my were the milkshakes incredible. I recommend sharing one, they were too much for us to handle by ourselves...but we did give it a try.

To over the top. Just wanted a hot fudge sundae...ice cream , hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry in a mason jar. Told no. Had to have it with brownies and other crap on it. Won't be back.

Really cool place but line was very longgggg. They need servers so people can sit down and order. I noticed people walked out because the line was so long.
