good experience. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly and professional.

I was lied to on the phone. I called b4 I made my reservation to see if they were fully handicapped and needed a handicapped room. they said yes, bars in tub, high toilet seat and all that. booked the reservation and call back a few days later to confirm I had a double queen handicapped accessible room. when I got there, and checked in and confirmed again my handicapped room, they said yes. Get to the room and first thing at door is the bathroom. The toilet is low over in corner, no bars and that was an issue because I can't sit on a low toilet. I complained downstairs and all they could do was apologize. I was upset and no other room to accommodate me. The first night I had to get up during the night and go downstairs to use their handicapped bathroom. That next day I had to go to CVS, Walmart and buy a toilet seat raiser so i could use the bathroom in my room. very much upset.
