Tucked away but well worth the visit. Eat in if you can as the food is top notch. It’s the world famous so eat, get ham and turkey to go as well as many sides/sauces. Thanks for the work and taking care of us.
Went a few days before Easter. Got there when they opened. The ham was delicious and plenty of leftovers. Got the bone in half ham. And making soup out of the bone. No waste. Great ham for any occasion and you can purchase sides as well. Worth every penny. The 100 is not per person but and little over for a 10 pound ham.
Stumbled in here one day randomly to see what they sold. I was surprised to see that they make lunches aside from just selling hams. This place is one of my top favorites in the entire grand strand, I try to be there once a week. The Tavern is the best sandwich I’ve ever been blessed with to put in my pie hole. The potato salad must be made on another planet and shipped in, because it’s literally out of this world. I’d choose this place for lunch over pretty much anything...
