The Kitchen Table Restaurant

Fifteen years ago, I came to this place and saw a baby girl—probably about a year old—absolutely losing her mind. Crying, screaming, the works. Her mom, clearly at the end of her rope, turned to her and said, "The next time you come to the beach, your husband will bring you!" I still think about that baby all the time. Like, she’s probably 16 now. No husband, hopefully—this isn’t a Hallmark movie. But I do wonder if she’s out here somewhere, eyeing the ocean and thinking, "What was my mom even talking about?"

Got the hungry breakfast. Everything was cooked correctly. The food was delicious and the correct temperature. It came out very fast. We didn't have to wait long.

Great little restaurant for some down home, southern breakfast food. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Our waitress was awesome. A must for everyone, including those that are not used to southern cooking.

Parking: Had lots of parking, but some of the spots are a little close.

Wonderful dining. We had a large group and they sat us quickly. The food was amazing, and our server Deandre was so friendly and courteous. Thank you!

Betsy (our waitress) was very friendly & the service was quick. You can sit indoors or out (patio overlooks the marsh). Great way to start our day-all of our dishes were hot & delicious.
