I placed an online order for pickup today at 12:30 PM. When I went to pickup my food, they were closed and did not open until 3:00 PM. Called the store but no answer. Texted the number on website and was told my order was cancelled and that it would take 24-48 business hours for my money to be back in my account. Not good online customer service. Why would it give me an option to pick up food ordered online when the store is closed?

It's self order & pick up. It's beachy with great pizza. There are other food options, but the pizza was hot & delicious!!

Ordered $70 worth of pizza (2) at 6:48pm. with delivery time of 45-60min at .07 miles away. Chatted with them at hour and 1/2. They said they were sorry for the delay. I believe they started making the pizza at this point because the pizza didn't get to me until 8:50pm! When the pizza did show up it was cold and tasted like card board box. I didn't realize so close or I'd picked it up. Save yourself the trouble and money, Digiorno instead of delivery.

Absolute horrible service. Called order in the wait was 2 hours and then 30 min after that I called and the response I get was we lost your ticket when the app said it was otw. Had a family of 15 starving and it's not an issue with this POS place.

Got the Mac & Cheese Pizza, Carolina Apple Crisp Pizza, and garlic parm bites. All were delicious!!! Staff was kind and it was very cute inside. Seemed like there were multiple regulars. Loved it!

They sale pizza by the slice. The Pizza was very good. It wasn't greasy. The crust was good and not soggy. We enjoyed eating outside at the tables.
