I'm a 75 y/o man from Philadelphia so, I know good food. You're gonna love it here. A strip center store front with excellent food, not pretentious but just great food and really nice folk. This was my 5th(?) time here, and everyone loves this place. Don't forget the desert!

We ate there on a Monday and you could tell that this was a place that the locals like, probably because the service was exceptional. Exceptional. They make you feel like they've known you forever. Forever. Food was good. I had their shrimp and grits. My wife had fried shrimp with french fries. I say it was good but not great. With all the choices we have in the Grand strand area We have a long list of restaurants we love to return to. This one will probably not make that...

Get the crab dip! I have been thinking about the crab dip in the days since we last went to Tidewater Grill. We had previously been for dinner a few times, but tried them out for lunch. We arrived right at opening, and were warmly greeted by Betty, who took wonderful care of us and was very friendly.
