I came with my dad this evening and ordered a burger with friends and 12 wings HOT SAUCE ON THE SIDE , I get up to the room, there is 6 wings in the box and hot sauce all over them… keep in mind I’m sharing with my 2 year old…. As I made it aware please put sauce on the side . I tried to go back down to the restaurant and they were closed 😭😭 I just spent $30 on 6 wings and a burger … and the wings weren’t even cooked …./ so pissed is an understatement !!!!!

Very clean 3 bedroom in Bldg C Very spacious and very friendly staff Dated but clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay with my family. Everyone enjoyed the extra space. All the pools were not open as they are under repair
Our first time at Beach Cove was amazing! We stayed in Condo 825, 1BR w/wrap around deck, it was perfect! The Staff, Beaches, TownCenter, TradesWinds, Pools were a huge hit!We can’t wait to visit again!
It’s great having a place with so many amenities you don’t even need to leave the resort! The lazy river was a highlight for us all! Room was comfortable & spacious, beach is clean, pools & pool area too.
Still a very nice place to stay, and also still a pretty good value. Starting to show its age somewhat, but overall a good experience. We will definitely be staying here again. We first stayed here about 20 years ago.
This was a very enjoyable place to stay with my young children. We stayed in unit 1201 booked through Elliot Beach Rentals. It was in tower C which when looking at the resort from the beach is all the way to the right. There was a handicap/30 minute parking lot right outside of it by the elevators which was good for loading/unloading. There were only 5 units per floor in this tower vs the 10 per floor in the other towers making the elevator traffic lower. There was an issue where floor 2 button didn't work on one elevator at one point in time, but it was fixed within a day. our condo was a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. It was updated, clean and spacious. My two biggest cons was that the kitchen had no storage space to put our non fridge food and the AC vents were in the main hallways you use to get into the condos, it made the hallways very noisy and HOT. At my end unit, the door was on an angle and our vent was literally in front of the door, so we had to stand there and have hot air blown on us as we typed in the code to get in. Not sure if it was just our unit or an issue with all 3 bedrooms, but the bedroom closest to the front door didn't have good air circulation in it and was a lot hotter than the other rooms. We only had my youngest son staying in there who prefers the warmth anyways, but if I was staying in there, I would need a fan on me at all times. The balcony was nice and long, but very shallow. There were 3 outdoor pools, 3 jacuzzis 1 kid pool, and 1 lazy river outside. The floor of the pool area is covered in like playground rubber that is slip proof which was great. The jacuzzi at the lazy river was not available while we were there. There were about 4 tubes and 1 double tube available for the lazy river. I noticed they did replace ones that seemed broke or deflated throughout the week. There is an indoor pool & Jacuzzi but they were closed. There was a pool bar between tower A&B toward the beach. It was opened from 12PM until 10 or 11PM (pool hours were 8am to 11pm). There was also a dip n dots stand there, but I don't think I ever saw it open. There was an Italian Ice cart right by the stairs to the main lobby everyday though. There were many amenities in the main lobby like a restaurant/cafe/arcade/a town center, but since we weren't an owner and hadn't booked through Beach Cove, we were not able to access them. There were three ramps to get to the beach from Beach cove. The one closest to tower C had steps, so we ended up using the public beach access entry point that was flat right next to C since we were using a wagon to lug our stuff, but the downside was there was nowhere to wash out items from there. The second entry point right on the other side of the bar had no steps and had two wash off stations. I believe the one at the end of tower B was also flat and had wash off station(s). My son loved the lazy river and the water features. The three pools were all different too, the middle pool having a deep end. There was a DJ at the bar on Fridays. The beach was nice too. There was plenty of beach for the resort. There was up to two lines setup for people to reserve chairs/umbrellas and they were not strict at all about people setting up in front of them, like they have been in years passed in other locations. The pools were maintenance once a day in the morning before it opened, so some of the pools could get yucky by the end of the day. I saw a lot of maintenance and housekeeping staff throughout the property during the days. The resort is definitely showing its age and could use a bit of a refresh. The parking garage had ample parking on multiple floors. I'm thinking the place was not filled as the top two floors never had cars on it. The lowest level had a DEEP huge puddle one morning after a rain. So much, that I walked up to the 1st floor entrance and walked down to my car so my shoes wouldn't get wet. The garage was tight but doable (hard to have cars going both ways at one time, but i rarely if ever encountered that issue). The location was great being
Beach Cove is our go to place for our vacations, our home away from home! We love this resort, friendly and helpful staff, they remember me when I walk through the door! We love eating at Town Center, most days we don't even have to leave the resort! Everything we need to enjoy our time away!
Love this resort! Room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable, staff is always friendly and accommodating, pool area is gorgeous, and the ocean view is amazing! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Loved our balcony - perfect view of the sunrise. The pools are well-maintained and the pool area is large so accommodates all the guests well (no shortage of chairs). Service at the bar was fantastic. Short drive to lots of good restaurants, shopping and activities.
Wonderful Resort. Excellent attitude by employees. Booked through the Beach Cove Website and pre ordered the breakfast buffet. Reservations were accurate and complete. Check in and out was a breeze. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful and very welcoming. Stayed in Unit 1116. It was a 1BR. Updated. Decorated very nice and it was very clean. Catching an elevator was not a problem and there we re plenty of luggage carts and parking. The breakfast buffet was hot and fresh. The fruit was super tasty and I love shredded potatoes for breakfast which they had one morning There ws a fire show on the pool deck Thursday night which was awesome Overall a great resort
Loved view of ocean. It directly faced ocean as I requested. Staff very interested in listening to what we had to say. Clean linens and additional towels came immediately after requested. Ideal breakfast with good food. Fresh orange juice with pulp. Ramp is very close to A building. Would book trip there again next year or at Christmas time.
Friendly staff. Always polite.
Menu has six items on. Six. They call it member-exclusive like they're getting some kind of benefit.... We ordered a pizza of the menu for $11 and it was the size of my hand. My six-year-old who loves every pizza ever refused to eat
