I try to be understanding but I have always had good service here until last time. They did not have my online order ready then told me they didnt get it. Then they did say they had it so I left while they made it. When i came back they said," Whats the name?" "Oh, we DIDNT get that order." They made me fill out two bags with my order on them, and then they took everyone who walked in after me, BEFORE they made my order. Never got an apology, no sort of acknowledgement that there was an error on their part and NO attempt to make up for it. I have ALWAYS had decent service here and have spent alot of money and tips here but no more!

Ordered a grinder, got pepperoni on a piece of toast no topping no oil and vinegar nothing. Terrible place and way overpriced won't ever be back l. 0 stars

I've not been to a Which Wich in a long time and I forgot how awesome their subs are. Sooo good and with so many choices of subs and toppings. I do with we had one near where I live.

Completely changed the menu. Took away the Wich sauce from the menu. Fries are now one size only and they only fill the fry container 3/4 full. Food definitely is not as good as it once was. Their ordering system was odd before. Now it's more confusing. I think they are trying to duplicate Subway. Should have left it alone. Sometimes change ISN'T better. We won't be returning sadly.

We live in NMB and eat here quite often. I've always found the sandwiches to be delicious and fairly priced. The owners? are super nice and personable. Tonight he went above and beyond to return my sisters credit card that she had left there. When he phoned me (I had called earlier that day and he remembered he had the number) he told me he had been trying to track her and then me down. How nice is that? I find that honesty and perseverance refreshing and we all will continue to give them our business. Thanks for the good food, service and your kindness! God bless.

This was the awful place too eat first time and last time eating there the workers that was there was not friendly they act like they hate too serve us bad customers services I wasted my money eating here
Went yesterday and as I was served the server had disgusting dirt under his nails ! Could not eat the sandwiches after that.The owner / manager reached out to give me a refund. I guess they were kidding because a refund never came! Disgusting ? place, stay away. Too late for me, save your money.

Probably one of the saddest sandwich I've had. BYO sandwich had 1 slice ham, 1 slice turkey, 1 slice cheese, quarter size sliced tomatoes, sprinkling of lettuce, some mayo and onions. If I'd know l was paying almost $10 for a sandwich with 2 slices of meat, and fries...I wouldn't have bothered. Which Wich I won't every again, and you shouldn't either.
