Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Possibly the worst chicken I've ever had. Don't know how you can mess up frozen chicken in a deep fryer, but they did. The chicken fingers were so dry and hard I couldn't eat them. Fries were soggy. Staff was friendly and fast. Restaurant was clean.

Im a local. Everything is always good. Food is correct and the workers are always nice. I'm giving the 2 star because they always make you wait to order at the drive thru until the car at the window leaves. They tell you to hold when you order. Then they tell you to wait at the menu until they say it's OK to pull around. When you pull around. No cars are there. So it always takes a looooong time waiting to order. I'm assuming it's to keep there wait time down. And it happens every time so I know management is telling them to do that.

Got the food it was cold and the sandwich had so much ranch it was falling apart. Asked for no lettuce but had wilted brown.

The man just threw the food on the counter, talking about it's ready. Customer service in this place is terrible no kind of adequate.

Hands down worst zaxbys ever. Food was literally lukewarm at best and tough. Chicken was like rubber, like it had been sitting out forever. The chicken strips were also tiny tiny, like barely even a chicken nugget size. Cashier short changed me $5, and was listening to music in his AirPods the whole time. To his credit once I sat down and realized he short changed me he gave me the $5 back, but I’m sure most people wouldn’t have checked or wouldn’t have asked. But it was terrible. There were lots of homeless people just sitting around filling up McDonald’s cups in the soda fountain. Just an all around terrible experience.

Went through the drive thru for the Third time in a row getting terrible cold food. Cold stale fries and dried up chicken strips. The tea was ok but everything else was disgusting. Won’t be getting food from this zaxbys anymore

Staff was juat fine I've been here a lot in the past too. Chicken is usually okay. Small usually. This time it was pretty bad. Dried shriveled small pieces. Its not as quality as it used to be. Not a satisfied customer.

We love to use the buy one get one coupon off the receipt. Where else you going to eat for $10 for two people and their consistently good. This particular location did not play Christian music which is odd I've never seen that before but it is in Myrtle Beach so I guess that's maybe why

Zaxby's Quesadilla is the best the employees have great costumer service the cooks you can tell enjoying they self while serving cook. 5 star love this place keep up the great work 👍
