Even though the drive thru is slow everything else always comes out great!

Customer service here needs so much work. The staff doesn't listen when Customer place orders the manager never has an answer to why her staff is so lazy. I've tired to give this location multiple chances to correct these issues and they have not done so. Please check your order before leaving the location also be prepared to wait at the speaker because the staff moves at the speed of sloths 🦥 you wait at rhe speaker so their drive through timer isn't high.

I could not believe how horrible this food was. The most dried out piece of crap chicken that I’ve ever seen in my life. The salad completely sucked was so happy. My son told me how good it was and obviously North Myrtle Beach does not live up to that reputation, horrible, horrible horrible.

I think she was the manager, but Maddi(y?) was phenomenal at helping me last sunday, very patient. I brought my brother in and he is special needs. And she showed such kindness as he figured out what he wanted. Food was great, but the service knocked it out of the park for me. THANK YOU AGAIN

Zaxby's is fast food chicken strips and they recently added fried shrimp. Their food is always good and it's hot and fresh and there's a lot of it! If it was closer to me I'd eat there more often. I highly recommend it!

Order was very wrong, improperly charged, and the food was not good. Expansive menu but unable to do any one item well. We ordered a few things (2 missing items and sauces) so can't comment on more than to say the chicken was very rubbery and the shrimp and pickles were overcooked and swimming in the hot sauce. 1st time, last time.

first time at Zaxbys. sweet tea was really good. We had the signature sandwich meal and everything was excellent. some tables in dining room were not very clean but overall a good experience.

they are mad weird
did not say a single word to me when pulling up to the window, half my order was missing when i received my food after waiting 20min for it with 2 cars ahead of me.

They got my order wrong 3 different and never offered to compensate for the wrong order that ultimately ended up having to eat. And they are very over priced

Whoever the blonde woman is that worked here tonight 1/13/25 around 8:00pm needs to be fired. Place closes at 9 and we walked in and notice trash bags on the floor so we nicely asked if they were closing and she yelled “No I’m just getting the trash” super rude. Maybe some unemployment is what will fix that attitude. Please fire her.

Grilled chicken blue salad would be much better if chilled and more chicken.

Food seemed skimpy, lacked flavor. Place was comfortable but nothing special.
