This is the second I used Door Dash to order from this location, I had specified both times no mayo. Both sandwiches loaded up on mayo. Tried to call the store with this last order directly after ordering, I was asked if I could hold. Over 4 minutes later, I was still on hold. I hung up and called back, of course busy signal. They had tied up all lines so no one could get through. This is a shame. The Jersey Mike I ordered from at work I have no problems. This location needs serious help with customer service and following directions.

They need a better system for orders to go. They don’t have a place where they put the finished orders so you can grab and go. And when you ask them where your order is they are baffled because they didn’t have any labels on any of the sandwiches. Need a manager to get this place organized.

I really love this Mike's subs except for one thing, they tell you a pickup time which gives you the expectation that things will be ready since they create the time and the orders are not ready when it's busy. I would ask them to just give the right time for pickup and I would have given them a five-star.
