I placed a mobile order and my boyfriend picked it up.When he returned, I immediately noticed my protein cold foam was missing, which is an additional $2 charge! I then had to go all the way back to the store myself and politely ask for a remake. I waited for the remake and when I got it I was disappointed yet again. There was not even an half inch of cold foam on the top, more like 1/4 of an inch! NOT worth $2. safe to say I’m very disappointed and will not be returning. the...

This Starbucks is very well run, and usually has everything together. On a humorous note, today, their grinder was down… so NO COFFEE! Starbucks continues to migrate to non coffee related drinks and foods… so maybe one day a grinder won’t matter. But for me, I come to Starbucks for the coffee!
