I got to the drive thru--mind you only one car in the parking lot & no one in line. I order my meal-- Asohli sounds miserable but what's new. I pay, she hands me my drink then says pull back around in 3 minutes for fresh fries and shuts the window..I get its not busy so freah fries, great! But ruuude. So I pull around and wait--so they can cheat their timer of course-- then get back to the window (again no one else is here) the other guy working says what you want? Uhhh my meal. Shoves the bag thats already in his hand to me. I check it and he rolls his eyes when I ask for cheddar cup thats missing but I paid for.
Like I get rough days but you're getting a paycheck so at least be somewhat grateful. Thanks for the oh so pleasent visit.

We had a large order. The girls inside and at the window had awesome attitudes. And the cook I think they called him “buck” had an awesome attitude even though we added more to the order. Awesome staff.

On June 30th 2025 a male associate was upset that my husband and I tracked on the floor he had already mopped. It was a hour before closing time. Why are you mopping already??? We decided not to order anything

I got my food 20 mins b4 they closed and my food was hot. I usually don’t expect this from any restaurant. And the young lady who gave me my food was cheerful.
Food was all good but half way thru my beef and cheddar I got hold of a hair that was long after that I lost my appetite
Horrible customer service. The guy on the front desk was very rude. Stay away from that place.
Again, it’s Arby’s this one normal.
The worse Reuben sandwich I've had from any Arby's. The meat was thick and tasted funny.

No shakes at all, no salt on potato cakes and the roast beef was blah. I absolutely love Arby's but the one in Aiken is soo much better. Employees were very pleasant though. Greeted at the door, order was correct. Efficient and friendly.
I like the crispy fish sandwich. We love the Arby's Reuben sandwich. Plenty enough for we old people to split. Curly fries are yummy.

We came with my family to eat at this place, the truth is that they recommended it to us and it is the first time we came to arbys, my family arrived first, they do not speak English perfectly and the cashier of this place treated them badly, and he had a terrible attitude, then the others arrived and no matter that one of us was in crutches the gentleman treated us badly, he was discriminatory and we had to go to eat somewhere else, how sad that there are these type of people serving the public, and more being the face that receives customers and honestly I would not recommend anyone come to this place.

Overpriced and not matching the other nearby Arby's. For ex: I purchased the mac 'n' cheese bites for $3.49 and received 5 or 6 pieces at the other location. This location stated that you only get 4 pieces for $3.49 and 6 pieces for $5.49. That's crazy to charge that much for a couple more pieces, especially in a college town for goodness sake! Plus, their shake machine seems to always be down, but thankfully it was magically working again - during this trip. I do not recommend this location, but if you want some good food and service, definitely check out the Arby's at Pilot off State Rd S 9-22 (near I-26).

Very clean. Respectful and friendly staff. You know ingredients are what they are, so choose wisely (liquid cheese is often not trustworthy). The guy in the back was born ready to make sandwiches.
