No shakes at all, no salt on potato cakes and the roast beef was blah. I absolutely love Arby's but the one in Aiken is soo much better. Employees were very pleasant though. Greeted at the door, order was correct. Efficient and friendly.

I like the crispy fish sandwich. We love the Arby's Reuben sandwich. Plenty enough for we old people to split. Curly fries are yummy.
We came with my family to eat at this place, the truth is that they recommended it to us and it is the first time we came to arbys, my family arrived first, they do not speak English perfectly and the cashier of this place treated them badly, and he had a terrible attitude, then the others arrived and no matter that one of us was in crutches the gentleman treated us badly, he was discriminatory and we had to go to eat somewhere else, how sad that there are these type of people serving the public, and more being the face that receives customers and honestly I would not recommend anyone come to this place.

Overpriced and not matching the other nearby Arby's. For ex: I purchased the mac 'n' cheese bites for $3.49 and received 5 or 6 pieces at the other location. This location stated that you only get 4 pieces for $3.49 and 6 pieces for $5.49. That's crazy to charge that much for a couple more pieces, especially in a college town for goodness sake! Plus, their shake machine seems to always be down, but thankfully it was magically working again - during this trip. I do not recommend this location, but if you want some good food and service, definitely check out the Arby's at Pilot off State Rd S 9-22 (near I-26).
Very clean. Respectful and friendly staff. You know ingredients are what they are, so choose wisely (liquid cheese is often not trustworthy). The guy in the back was born ready to make sandwiches.

The clerk was OK, but the manager was just spitting out “we’re outta roast beef” without listening to the order. It sounded like he was just ready to get off work and didn’t care. I ordered a GYRO online and he was telling me the same thing over and over. He even suggested I contact ARBYS for a refund, until interrupted to say that the GYRO doesn’t require roast beef. He got a little hot about that so he made my order last, but the fries went in first so they were cold by the time I got them. See, they had to make the 2nd item (a chicken sandwich) which was fried hard. He knew those fries would be waiting for 10-12 minutes.
Orangeburg has the worst customer service.

I ordered a roast beef dip without cheese. The lady who took the order confirmed it. The attached receipt states, “NO Processed Swiss”. Got home to Santee. Cheese on the sandwich and only ONE SLICE of roast beef. Look at the pictures, please. This Arby’s is a disgrace and a joke. And the owner will post a BS apology without any resolution of this double error by a disinterested staff.
