No shakes at all, no salt on potato cakes and the roast beef was blah. I absolutely love Arby's but the one in Aiken is soo much better. Employees were very pleasant though. Greeted at the door, order was correct. Efficient and friendly.

Very clean. Respectful and friendly staff. You know ingredients are what they are, so choose wisely (liquid cheese is often not trustworthy). The guy in the back was born ready to make sandwiches.

The clerk was OK, but the manager was just spitting out “we’re outta roast beef” without listening to the order. It sounded like he was just ready to get off work and didn’t care. I ordered a GYRO online and he was telling me the same thing over and over. He even suggested I contact ARBYS for a refund, until interrupted to say that the GYRO doesn’t require roast beef. He got a little hot about that so he made my order last, but the fries went in first so they were cold...
