We enjoyed a steak dinner here. The steak was marinated in a sweet sauce, a little different than I've ever had, but tasty. It was tender and stayed juicy bc it did have quite a bit of fat on it. It was priced accordingly and worth it. My favorite was the fried okra, light not overly greasy and crispy! The waitress Torri was very personable, attentive and very nice. The restaurant is darker and older like a lounge feel. We will eat here again when in town. No wait and very nice people.

Working in Orangeburg for a month, a local highly recommended Arthur's,, They hand cut your steaks to order and are cooked to perftion, the service is 5 star even the chief comes out and makes sure everything is perfect. Ask for Star as your waitress, awesome personality and you won't be waiting on anything during your meal. We had a party of 6
Traveling and randomly picked this spot. How happy we were that we did. The staff were so friendly and polite. The food was super delish. The owner/cook came out to say hello and talked for a couple minutes. It was an awesome experience and best of all it WAS NOT a chain brand!
This place has the best steak I've ever eaten! Hands down! Love this restaurant,owners are very nice and very appreciative for the business.! My favorite restaurant in orangeburg.
