My brother loves Bojangles. He was craving a late night snack after returning from visiting family in Orangeburg. He saw Bojangles, and the rest is history. By time we reached our hotel, Spark by Hilton, all his food was gone. Lol

My boyfriend went to get food for a group of people working on his home. He was told 10 mins. He ended up waiting 58 mins for his order. Not ONE TIME did anyone come out to discuss, explain or apologize for the delay. When the food finally came, he asked for some type of compensation for the wait. He was told sorry there isn’t anything I can do. The man then offered him a refund, but took the chicken back. My boyfriend explained he has to feed the crew and needed the chicken but he should only have to pay half due to the wait and lack of communication and customer service. He was told sorry again, and he couldn’t do anything because that’s stealing. When he got back he realized his order was incorrect. He had to go BACK to the store and AGAIN, was only offered a “sorry”. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I just wanna say, my husband came up there to buy the big family meal for us and they did absolutely amazing on the food and he got it very quickly considering how much he got, I just wanna thank the team members for doing an outstanding job in our meal we will definitely be coming back ☺️

If I could give them a zero, I would. Saturday night after 10pm, I ordered at the drive-thru and the automated system told us that there was only tenders and sandwiches. I get to the window and they don't have sandwiches and no sweet tea. It was going to take 4 minutes for tenders. I pulled up.and still waited another 15 minutes. They need to get better.
Consistently some of the best customer service in orangeburg. Management and employees all wonderful.

They never get my order right. It's simple, just give me what I paid for... but every time I'm missing sauces or the sides are wrong. The other bogangles has a bad reputation but at least I can saw my order is always right. It's a shame I have to drive across town to get what I ask for.

07/01/25 - Food is always hot when I receive it. The staff is Always nice and respectful. But, Check your order because they may forget an item or give you something when it's supposed to be something else but they will correct the mistakes, we all are human. I don't know why but they seem to Always run out of chicken 😕 Bojangles have a great Deal at this moment after 5pm
