The staff was great, the restaurant, however, very run down. Broken tiles, the TV menu screens didn't work, holes in the walls that they tried to cover with a coat of ugly yellow paint. It was clean though, so the store staff is doing their job. This is a BK or franchise owner issue, IMO.

My girlfriend and I stopped here around 8pm on 11/18. The staff was great, and the food was prepared with care. Also shoutout to Orangeburg and it's people. We always have good dining experiences in this city when we travel

I ordered from here on 11/2/2024. The food is good and a lot more better service than the one on Saint Matthews Rd. I will order from this Burger King from now on for Door Dash to deliver to my home.
Been to many Burger King but this was the worst. DO NOT recommend coming here, not Burger King you know.
Fountain was not working properly, they were super slow, not friendly, etc. everything that makes you unhappy. Can’t believe this place isn’t out of business

Service was slow. There was no ice in the self serve drink station. Ordered a double whopper with cheese and didn’t get cheese and they were out of zesty sauce. Also the lobby was about 80 degrees.

The young lady at the window need to talk up.She act like she don't want her job. Then she didn't get the order right. This is the slowest Burger king in the world. They need different people who take the order cause this is sad!!!!!
