The food was okay but the service sucked. I did a mobile order and arrive to the building 5 minutes later got to the window and they told me to pull around and wait. I had to wait 45 minutes just to get my food. Now I have done work at a fast food restaurant before so I know things could get hectic but never have I ever witnessed a restaurant make you wait this long for simple stuff. Thank God they had my order correct at least.

Milkshake machine hasn't been working for years!! Impossible Burger is healthier & better tasting than beef which sticks to the colon.
Came through the Drive thru, Excellent service. Had a complaint about my bread however, it was replaced and with a smile! Thank you

The staff was great, the restaurant, however, very run down. Broken tiles, the TV menu screens didn't work, holes in the walls that they tried to cover with a coat of ugly yellow paint. It was clean though, so the store staff is doing their job. This is a BK or franchise owner issue, IMO.

My girlfriend and I stopped here around 8pm on 11/18. The staff was great, and the food was prepared with care. Also shoutout to Orangeburg and it's people. We always have good dining experiences in this city when we travel
