The superior Burger King flavor will lift up almost any establishment to excellence. Lady taking our order was good, but had to double check everything and still got it wrong 😆
Surprisingly, it was not crowded, the drive thru girl was very polite and the food was hot! I'd stop again on my next road trip.
I was in there around round the spring of 2024. Nothing about my experience was good. Service was horrible. Food tasted weird. The atmosphere was uninviting. It was like I was bothering the staff to wait on me. I will never recommend or go back there. If I could give it a negative number, I would.
The last two times I've been here, food and service were great. Morning times are better than evening.
These employees are not professional what so ever . They are walking around in there with flip flops on how sanitary is that

Don’t waste your time or money! Employees outside smoking weed until customer pulls in and then they run inside. We walk inside, not one employee greets us, they just stare. Go to order food, they are “out” of tea, the ice machine doesn’t work and the drink machine is the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen (my 6 year old even noticed), the bathroom was so gross and out of toilet paper and no changing table for an infant. The entire restaurant needed a good deep clean. And we even laid eyes on a manager leaving for the night and it was her car that everyone was in smoking weed in right by the front door because she left in that same car. So she obviously could care less. So sad that you can’t just stop anywhere these days after a 7 hour road trip to grab a quick bite to eat. Our food wasn’t even freshly cooked, so $30 in the trash. Go somewhere else!

When I arrived to the drive through there was no greeting… I ended up saying hello and then someone said you can go ahead with your order. The food tasted like it had been sitting since they open.

The bathroom was not clean. Then came out of the bathroom and was told that the drive-through only could have saved us the time and said they had no drinks but we went to the drive-thru and were told that there was no drinks wow……..

I tried ordering food from here on 11/2/2024 and this place was closed tighter than barrel and I called an no one answered the phone. So I had to get Door dash deliver to go to the one on Chestnut Street and got better service.

Started off by the nastiest bathrooms. No greeting from cashier, cashier looked as though she did not want to be there. While waiting in line other customers came to desk to ask for their drink cups, they have been waiting for 45 mins, drink machine didn't have carbonation, never received my sweet tea with my meal. After 10mins of watching the staff work, I was done and wanted a refund. Supervisor or manager acted as she could care less. Had to request a receipt for my refund. Poor customer service. Sad

Outdated and dirty. Employees hanging outside till customer shows up, then they slowly make their way in to take your order. There are advertisements all over the app and in the restaurant about the special milkshakes they are offering. I ordered our meal online for a discount. Get there and not at all surprised that the ice cream machine is down. I already paid extra online for a more expensive milkshake, and they offered a soda. No added compensation offer. It's one of the worst BK's ever. Feel like I should call the board of health.
